This place often gets busy, which is understandable. But what isn’t, is the customer service. Two times, we’ve had our order delayed or incorrect and when following up with an employee, all I was given were glances. Additionally, two of them were standing around making jokes. The least they can do, is do that outside of view. The food is still decent though!
I think it would be obvious how people can tell when a restaurant is corporate owned vs a franchise. Of course things are going to be chaotic, and that's the best part of coming here. The donuts are first come first serve but there's always tomorrow if they're missing the donut I want. The staff is very young and I'm pretty sure this is a lot of their first jobs, completely understandable how they're figuring out how the world works. I ordered a toasted whit chocolate Chai latte and for it to be blended instead of on ice and the girl immediately said that can't happen. I said well if it can be on ice why can't you blend it and she it just can't. Highly disappointed drink wasn't even good and food item was mishandled.
