Ordered a coffee in the drive thru, and my order was incorrect. I went inside the store to have my coffee remade. Three store associates stared me in the face and proceeded to work on whatever they were doing. No one said I will help you shortly or anything. Finally, someone assisted me and insinuated that I had the wrong coffee from my order instead of just remaking it. This place is awesome when the older black lady is working. When she's off, BEWARE!
This is one of my favorite Dunkin' locations across the DFW metroplex! This Dunkin' includes great staff members, who are attentive & knowledgeable. The staff is always willing to correct any mistakes with my order and is very courteous when asking what went wrong. This is the perfect place to bring family, friends, etc. to hang out and enjoy a nice calm moment!
