I don’t think I’ve waited this long inside a Starbucks. We were the only ones in there but drive thru and pickups came and went. Then they asked if we were waiting on our order? Which I thought was obviously since we were the only ones there without a drink. The girl was nice but there were multiple workers and no one brought this up or acknowledged us.

Believe the reviews about staff being rude. They all had stank looks in their faces, especially Brooklyn, who gave me and my friend the dirtiest look when we walked in. No one greeted us or let us know where we could order. So we just stood confused at the counter. Coffee was great but staff were not.
my drink was gross, watered down and 90% ice. the staff are really rude last time i went inside they threw my straw at me after i asked for one. if i was you i wouldnt go to this location instead just drive to the starbucks at marine creek they have friendly staff and the drink and ice ratio is well balanced. i wouldnt recommend this location each time i go it seems to get worse.
