By far the worst customer service. Picked up $30 worth of food. For it to be all wrong. They made me drive back to give back all the food and give me a refund since I paid cash.

I ordered a toasted whit chocolate Chai latte and for it to be blended instead of on ice and the girl immediately said that can't happen. I said well if it can be on ice why can't you blend it and she it just can't. Highly disappointed drink wasn't even good and food item was mishandled.

This place often gets busy, which is understandable. But what isn’t, is the customer service. Two times, we’ve had our order delayed or incorrect and when following up with an employee, all I was given were glances. Additionally, two of them were standing around making jokes. The least they can do, is do that outside of view. The food is still decent though!

This location has gone seriously downhill. I used to love coming here every weekend but it has gotten really bad. Food takes 20 minutes and then is magically ready after you ask what’s taking so long. But meanwhile the staff sure does have plenty of time to have conversations while you’re waiting. Sandwich had an ice cold piece of cheese this time, and last time they literally forgot the other piece of bread for the sandwich.

It is Very difficult to receive refills in DUNKIN DONUT refill cups at this location. Drinks are almost always wrong (Iced instead of Hot, cinnamon instead of caramel, wrong size...) Grace the manager is extremely difficult to deal with. I waited in line for 15 min then spent another 5 min listening to Grace establish her authority while the cashier in the back mouthed "I'm sorry"

The workers are super nice but I go there for coffee and it’s very hit or miss with this Dunkin. The hot lattes and the iced lattes are what I usually get. Today I got two iced coffees and they were horrible. Definitely a waste of money.

I think it would be obvious how people can tell when a restaurant is corporate owned vs a franchise. Of course things are going to be chaotic, and that's the best part of coming here. The donuts are first come first serve but there's always tomorrow if they're missing the donut I want. The staff is very young and I'm pretty sure this is a lot of their first jobs, completely understandable how they're figuring out how the world works. People can be mean and nasty and thankfully for this crew, they know not to take disrespect from randoms. Keep up the good work

Let's start by saying Dunken Donuts, who specializes in donuts, was out of Donuts at 1pm. When I asked if you were making more donuts, their response was that we were not sure yet. I was so confused that a donuts shop was not making any more donuts. The manager chimed in and said we were too busy. No one was on drive thru line, and I was the only one inside. This Dunken Donuts has been a disappointment from day 1!

(It is a Sunday at 1:30 the 28th of January)I hope a manager or owner sees this and takes action.The person I talked to when I walked in, who wasn't even clocked in (which I overheard 10 minutes later when I went to inquire about the order.. again), told me, "It's going to be a minute they are still working on it." Then they forgot about me while everyone WORKING had conversations with each other about non-work related things and gossiping the entire time I was waiting. There were like 6 people working, and it was shift change, so there were plenty of people WHO SAW ME and opportunity to speak to me about the order that I had been waiting for.But no, I went up to the desk and inquired about the order, and they had no idea i was even there for one. Not paying attention to who is in your store, especially someone who had CLEARLY been waiting for 10 minutes.. A girl I'm not even sure was clocked in pointed at the order that was sitting on a shelf that NO ONE had told me about OR ANNOUNCED. It was two "hot" coffees, a dozen donuts, and something else in a bag. I told the person I was delivering to to get a full refund because everything was cold by the time he got it. Not to mention I had to cancel the Pizza Hut order that I was supposed to get right after this one or else THAT order would be cold too.Unprofessional staff. They're just 18-23 year old kids. The boy who told me it would be a minute then never told his superviser or anyone that I was there for the order, intentionally did not look in my direction when I was telling them I had been waiting so long. I pointed at him and said that I told HIM I was here, but they didn't care. They acted confused and lost, like it was somehow my fault.This is the service you should expect from kids fresh out of high school. I will not be picking up from here again. Sorry to the one employee I saw frequently who was nice and attentive (important).
