My daughter and I bought single dip lemon custard cones. The cones were very stale, ruining the treat. I tried several times to call the store, but no one ever answers. The phone just rings until heir answering machine picks up each. I've left messages asking for someone to call me back. No one ever did.
Poor customer service at drive thru. No donuts available. No croissants available. Driver thru personnel was rude and in a hurry unaware of current lack of inventory. "You're killing me" was the response I received when attempting to make a selection. Coffee was not very good.
