Please be careful here. There is an employee there telling you to wait by the door for your order but then taking orders behind you. If not careful it could cause a car accident. The girl who did it thought it was funny when I went in and ignored me. So I'm sure the situation won't be resolvedSo just be conscious when using their drive thru.

Placed an order though Uber Eats and when it was delivered I was missing items and all 3 items I did get were wrong. This is not the first time it's happened either. I've learned my lesson not to use this location

This person names Amy was extremely rude and lazy. She left me waiting in the drive thru for a very long time, then said it took so long cause the coffee was being made. Then I got a lukewarm cup of coffee... I asked her if it took so long why wasn't it hot? So then she took it back and microwaved it until it was too hot to drink and I burned my mouth. I told her this and then she yelled at me took it back and proceeded to have a terrible attitude.I went inside and asked to speak to a manager to which they said she wasn't there. I'll be reporting it later because thanks to her my mouth has burns

I found the “Half Cambro, 30 cups, of Coffee for $40” on the Dunkin Catering menu online while looking for coffee solutions for an event I was running. “Available at ANY of our locations” made me believe it might be available at any of their locations. I called 4 times the day before as it said you must call 24 hours in advance. They did not answer any of the calls. I called 12 times the morning of, again, not a single answer. Showed up, asked about it, they looked confused and bewildered, and the proceeded to tell me they “don’t do that here”. I pulled up the menu that said they did at ANY location, and he said “sorry boss but it ain’t back here”. And when they started being my order (Two 10 small cup boxes of coffee for $45 I was forced to settle for, for the sake of making it to the event) to the counter, I was asked to move out of the way so they could take an order. The list of things they did poorly here is too long to recap. Save your time and money and go to Starbucks.

This Dunkin can never get my order right. All i ask for is a simple iced coffee with one cream and one flavor shot. And always is wrong. Last week i ordered the cookie butter cold brew and got a different one. I didn’t even try to ask for it to be fixed because they always make it wrong. Manager even tried to help me before to fix the issues but still is not right that drinks aren’t made how you order them

staff is nice but inexperienced and slow and i totally get it i was slow at work for about two months, however, whenever i come to this location my order is always wrong. i get the cookie butter cold brew and three snacking bacons and the other locations seem to get it right just fine, this location however gave me plain random bacon… and $10 for a small cold brew because of toppings??? this is ridiculous i’m sorry and at the other locations i pay $7 and it comes out way better. i always leave this location feeling sad and scammed and taken advantage of. and the manager knows it. be better

Came to try the cookie butter cold foam they didn’t even put the foam on my coffee amd when I did ask for them to put it they hardly put any with no cookie
