“I ordered this online for pickup on my way home from work. My order was ready on time, and the wings were cooked and sauced perfectly. The 3 varieties of wings tasted hot & fresh. Veggie sticks were cool & crisp. Glad I gave this location another chance now that they've gotten the kinks worked out!

“Went out to for a night with family. Service was good but nothing stud out like the manager Tracy. My kids were not in the best mood and we went out of her way to get fruits and crayons and engaged with them. Shes truly a beautiful person and restored the meaning of service“
“I was super excited to get my favorite wings in this new location. I come back to work and it’s wrong my order I placed on the app 🤦🏻♀️
However I called and left a voicemail and aaron the manager did return my call. I came back next business day to talk about it and he did make it and gave me the correct order today.
I really don’t want to be always wondering if order is correct, so I hope they review to go orders for when im in a rush again for picking up my lunch.
I appreciated him hearing me out and for their willingness to be better in service I updated to a 4 star.
Update again: another time I come for a bogo order and I start taking off and see they didn’t give me the bogo ones !!!! I am always in a rush and something always happens that I had to wait for them to fix now, I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this.“
