About Buffalo Wild Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings GO offers wings, boneless wings, and tenders, along with sides like fries. The fries can be crispy and seasoned right, sometimes with a Chipotle rub, though the seasoning may not always stick well. Boneless wings, including flavors like mild honey garlic and Parmesan Garlic, are pretty good and liked. The food is often made upon order and can come out fast, fresh, and hot.

The location is clean, including the bathrooms, and has a few tables inside alongside many to-go orders. The atmosphere can be great. Service experiences vary significantly. There are reports of excellent, awesome, helpful, and respectful service from staff, with specific outstanding recognition for their friendliness. However, there are repeated issues with order accuracy for both app and in-person orders, such as missing BOGO items or incorrect orders, which sometimes requires returning to fix. While management has shown willingness to address problems, these inconsistencies lead to frustration for customers in a rush. Some customers report they will visit again, while others, disappointed by the need for corrections, state they may not return.
