“Great hibachi food at a reasonable price. We generally eat in, but they do a hopping take out business. I suggest the scallops -- they're huge! Also, FYI, if you eat on-site you have to order bottled water if you want water. They don't have a fountain and cups for ice water.“
“We had a family meeting today here. The place is very clean . Front lady was very friendly and polite. The Chief who made food for us in the center of table was pretty professional and, busy but in order. The new Asian waiter was pretty good. We had too many people together but, he made everything clear as a new employee there. We love everyone who works there. And the food we choosed was big quantity for each, but nice taste.Everything was great, the fire show, the birthday song( we don't have birthday), the egg show, steaks, shrimps... They tried their best to serve us good. Yes, we were very enjoyed there.“
“I don't have to eat halal but I was excited when I heard this place was halal. Every single Thai place I've eaten at that is halal has amazing food. The atmosphere service and food is amazing. If you like Thai food don't miss out on this place.“
“Really good Japanese spot in Frisco/Little Elm area. It’s pricy but worth it at least once. The Chilean sea bass was probably the best Chilean sea bass I’ve had at a restaurant. Really good sushi, too (handroll and nigiri). The espresso martini was amazing. All the food we had was great (we ordered a lot).Shoutout to the green tea mochi ice cream and chocolate cake. Loved both of those desserts!“
“I recently dined at 206 Luster Grill and had an exceptional experience. The sushi was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and freshness. Moreover, the customer service was outstanding; the staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for top-notch sushi and superb customer service ?“
“An exceptional restaurant and dining experience! Personal attention from the chef/owner and co-owner. The food is creative, elegant, surprising. The touch is subtle and balanced. Oh yeah, delicious, too! I left so full I didn’t eat for 12 hours, but that’s my fault …“
“This place is the best sushi in town; and the ramen, bento boxes, mochi icecream, curry and robata are also really good. The staff is really on point as well--all Japanese. Our favorite rolls are the Golden Bridge Roll, ninja roll, and the spicy tuna tataki. We've eaten here 5 times in the last quarter and will keep coming back.“
“This place is amazing!! The sushi is very fresh and tasty!! Server (Hany) and the sushi chef (Brandon) wow!!! Amazing chef, he make my wife and I some sushi off menu it was delicious. We will be back just for his sushi!!! I hope he never leave!! See you soon “
“Quant and absolutely delicious Sushi restaurant! We went for lunch and there were only 2 people working but they did an amazing job! Fast, knowledgeable and friendly customer service.I ordered the teriyaki shrimp bento box and the server asked for my preferences in all options to ensure that my order was correct. It comes with 2 dumplings, salad with ginger dressing, the teriyaki shrimp was on top of grilled veggies (, , ), 4 piece roll of Cali or spicy crab and rice (steamed or fried). The rice was a nice portion and was served in a bowl on the side. The Cali roll was big and made with all fresh ingredients. My daughter ordered the shrimp tempura roll; it comes with 8 pieces and is a very large roll with fresh and real ingredients. The ambiance is low lighting, tables and chairs as well as low tables with cushions for floor seating for dining in. Whether you dine in or get it to go, you MUST try this restaurant; you will absolutely love it!“
“Sunday evening and everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I live in the area and decided to come in for our anniversary. Quickly greeted and seated at the bar and brought water/menus. Started with a crudo sampler which was a great way for a couple to try a few of their raw offerings. My favorite was the tuna topped with the crab. I ordered a 3-roll regular combo and my husband opted for the 5-roll premium option. Every single thing was delicious and fresh. Even the options with sauces were very nicely balanced and not overdone. My favorite was the salmon option with the mango. My husband loved the yellowtail topped with a jalapeño. Chef gifted us a couple of pieces of salmon belly sushi which was my favorite bite of the night! It was lightly smoked and came with a dab of a wonderful sauce. Tiramisu mascarpone for dessert had a cheesecake texture which I really enjoyed. Will be back and so happy to have them in our neighborhood.“
“I’m so glad that Pokeworks opened a location near my home… close enough anyway, but feel free to open one in McKinney too! ?The sushi burritos & pokebowls are heaven! Everything is fresh & delicious. The leadership does a good job of hiring team members, as they are all friendly.“
“I have been coming here for Sushi since I've arrived to Plano in Aug 2022.I have 5 favorites. Among them are from their lunch combo specials. 8 sushi rolls and additional 8 all under $15. Definitely worth the price. If it's jus sushi, you will get it hardly 5 minutes. If it's cooked, it will take less than 10 minutes. My favorites are Tiger, Hungry, Midway, and Rainbow if I am wanting salmon.Try these meals with Chick-fil-A sauce and it will have you come back for more.Compared to other pricy Sushi restaurants, this one is worth it.“
“I have heard only great things about this place and finally got a chance to stop in for lunch today with my Mom. Sr. Ozzy’s hit it out of the park. The Owner - Armando - was gracious and attentive and we were chatting with him before, during, and after our meal. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted and seated by Myra. She brought us waters while we browsed the cocktail menu. Fortunately, we spent quite a bit of time browsing the Food Menu online and knew what we wanted to order prior to our arrival. We started things off with some Mango Margaritas with tajin on the rim (which kicked it up a notch). The flavor and spice profile hit the sweet spot just right. Chips and Red/Green Salsa were brought to the table piping hot and ready for dipping. Excellent! Then came the entrées - Mom ordered one Vampiro and one Pollo Taco with a side of Rice & Beans. I ordered a Quesa Birria and a Mar Y Tierra Taco with a side of Rice and Beans. So freaking good! And…Mexican Flan for dessert! Phenomenal! This was a perfect way to end a meal. Not too decadent but also didn’t leave still feeling hungry. It is clear that the Owner takes pride in his culinary skills and expertise and it truly shines through. You can tell that everything is made from scratch. Nothing canned or microwaved here. Food portions, taste, and quality - all right on point. The flavor and spices meld together on the palate and complement each other very nicely. It’s like I was teleported to a different realm of consciousness. Everything about our visit was reminiscient of and giving me SoCal Vibes. We will be back to try other Menu items (namely the Mexican Sushi - the Baconador) and I can promise you that we will be regulars here going forward. True standouts for our first visit were Myra and Armando. We enjoyed the delightful conversation. Thanks so much and we’ll be back again soon!“
“My family had recommended this place and I'm sure glad they did. The food was Delicious. The presentation was out of this world! I would definitely recommend the Toffee ice cream desert. The atmosphere is nice. There are a lot of regulars that come here. They all talk to each other and the workers as if they were one family. I even took sake shots with the customer sitting next to me at the sushi bar. Mark the Chef, did stunning work on preparing the sushi. Patrick the server, was quick to respond. He was very friendly and I really enjoyed talking to him. After my visit, I'd say this is top 3 on my list of best gourmet sushi that I have visited! Can't Wait for my next visit!“
“Spent the evening in the cigar bar, it was a bit busier than usual I heard. Great waitstaff, excellent wine recommendations, food took forever but it was 100% worth the wait. My favorites were the wedge salad, medium rare filet and fried rice, (reminded me of boudin!) perfectly put together/cooked and mouthwatering good!“
“Sushi here is very good quality. None of the fish is fishy and taste clean. Great roll creations and a boat load of variety. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Their hot food menu is also great tasting. Good for families as well. I would def recommend coming through.“
“Some of the best Sushi I’ve ever had and I wish that was an exaggeration. I’m very surprised their business was empty other the party of 2 that included me. Although I saw multiple people come in for pick up orders still surprised the traffic was light for how good this place is. If I can give them 10 stars over 5 I would. Highly recommend this place.“
“It's beautiful and the place is easy to get to.Tasty tuna, fine fibers and just the right amount of oil. The cut is not too thick either. However, it is strange that Tekkadon is topped with Fukujinzuke...but the Fukujinzuke itself was quite delicious, so maybe it's okay? Also, there are a lot of furikake on the vinegared rice in Tekkadon. The furikake alone has quite a salty taste. The udon was a bit lacking.I have high expectations for sashimi in general. The price is a little high.“
“Recently I ordered to go a Pho soup and it was super delicious. Also the way they gave you the soup was very easy to eat once I got home. I never got a bowl to go plate and that was pretty cool. The seasoning of the soup was delicious. Very good place to eat at.“
“The sushi tasted great and they do have Lunch/Dinner specials. I got the to-go special...2 rolls for $12.95 (California and Philadelphia rolls). The only issue that I have is the rolls are small compared to other sushi restaurants. So doesn't feel like I got what I paid for. So if I come back...I probably wouldn't order the sushi rolls again. The service was great and the atmosphere is nice as well.“
“Upon perusing their extensive menu, I was drawn to their selection of cooked rolls, each promising a symphony of flavors that would tantalize the taste buds. As I embarked on my culinary journey, I found myself enchanted by the exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail evident in every dish. The first roll I sampled was the Dragon Roll. A true masterpiece, it boasted a perfect balance of succulent shrimp tempura, creamy avocado, and crisp cucumber, all enveloped in a delicate layer of sushi rice and crowned with slices of fresh, buttery eel. The interplay of textures and flavors was nothing short of divine, leaving me craving for more with each blissful bite. Next up was the Spider Roll, a delightful concoction that showcased the restaurant's commitment to culinary excellence. Featuring crispy soft-shell crab, crunchy cucumber, and velvety avocado, this roll was a symphony of contrasting textures and harmonious flavors, elevated by a drizzle of tangy eel sauce and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds. However, the true star of the show was undoubtedly the Volcano Roll. As its name suggests, this roll erupted with bold, fiery flavors that left me utterly mesmerized. A delectable combination of spicy tuna, creamy crab, and crisp tempura flakes, all wrapped in a blanket of rice and topped with a decadent layer of torched spicy mayo, it was a culinary spectacle that ignited my senses and left me craving for more. To complement my meal, I indulged in a selection of their expertly crafted cocktails, each meticulously crafted to enhance the flavors of the dishes. From the refreshing citrus notes of the Yuzu Martini to the subtle sweetness of the Lychee Sake-tini, each sip was a revelation, further elevating my dining experience to new heights. In conclusion, my experience at Bluefin was nothing short of extraordinary. From the impeccable service to the exquisite cuisine, every aspect of my visit surpassed my expectations. If you're a discerning food lover in search of an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Bluefin. Trust me; your taste buds will thank you.“
“This is my wife's and I favorite place to go eat! It almost feels like you're walking into Japan when you walk into the restaurant. My wife always gets the Chicken Tempura Roll which is AMAZING!!! Half the time, I just tell the server "surprise me;" and literally my plate is clean towards the end. Which is why I don't know the name of any sushi's that are pictured below. I have never left disappointed from this place! In all honesty, we'll most likely be long-time Yukihana customers for life!“
“B40 Island poke bowl is delicious! Been here for past 3 years and taste, quality of food, portions, friendly service and cleanliness are always consistent!B40 poke bowl also comes with a small serving of delicious miso soup.I think the portion can be shareable.“
“This sushi place exceeded my expectations with its fresh and delicious sushi offerings. The friendly staff made the dining experience enjoyable, and their tonkatsu was very good, adding variety to the menu. I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving excellent sushi in a welcoming atmosphere.“
“Great food and excellent service. I ordered online for pick up and accidentally selected the Southlake location, meaning to choose Coppell. I noticed it immediately and called Southlake to explain, the urged me not to worry, they would call and put the order in and I can go pick up at Coppell. Thank you for going above and beyond!“
“I really like their hibachi. Best hibachi I have ever eaten so far. My family also likes to go and eat here. It’s not a top tier restaurant, but it shouldn’t be. It’s really nice place for express one with tasty food for a reasonable price and convenient service, which I definitely recommend.“
“If I lived closer I would be here several times a week! Such a hidden gem!! This is hands down one of my favorite sushi places in DFW and I have been to many. The fish is always fresh the ambience is laid back and the selection is vast. They are always consistently so good!“
“This is one the best and most authentic Japanese restaurant I have ever been. Being a person who spent half his life in Asia, I have pretty high standards when it comes to Japanese food. Among all varieties of Japanese dishes, my biggest krypton has always been the pork Katsu (fried pork cutlet), and this place’s pork Katsu well exceeds my expectations. 5/5 will definitely come back again!“
“I don’t know where to start. The theme of the whole experience was “Addictive”.3 diverse food items, each of them sparked when I took a bite. That tuna tower looks heavenly, tastes even better. After the first bite we devoured it. The Tom Kha was flavorful. The crispy pad Thai was so unique.“
“Salmon Wednesdays have changed. Sometimes the nigiri is good, but sometimes it’s just ok. They already prepare most of the salmon nigiri, so it doesn’t taste as fresh it seems. Overall though, the value is great for what it is. I’d recommend also going on another day besides Wednesdays. Their other nigiri and handrolls definitely satisfy my sushi cravings.“
“We ordered 2 dinner specials($25 total), 2 spicy tuna rolls, Red&White (top) and the Spider roll. Our rolls were delicious, generously filled, the layer of rice was fluffy/thin and didn't fall apart when picking it up. While we ordered out, the inside was clean and modern and the staff was friendly. I'll be back ASAP and recommend a visit if you're nearby.“
“When i visited Dallas, i stopped by here for a quick lunch. Everyone was friendly and most importantly, the food was the best part. I did not expect a good sushi at a place so far from the sea, but it was a pleasant surprise. I would visit again.“
“This is by far my favorite place for sushi. My favs are the spicy edamame, yellowtail heaven, and panic roll. The what a roll is great too. They have beer wine and sake. I always drink wine and it is always so good. The service is amazing and the quality is superb. Hidden gem!“
“We ate outside but the heaters did their job and kept us warm. Every employee we encountered was beyond nice. I dont know if he was the manager or owner but he was great too. One of the patio tables was unleveled and fixed it eventhough i told him it was ok. Our waiter was awesome and even the hostess came to check on us at one point. The sushi was fresh and we really enjoyed the specialty roles. Everything was great. We cant wait to go back.“
“This is a little hidden gem in Dallas with some of the most delicious all-you-can-eat sushi I ever had! The menu is extensive with so many varied and unique rolls to try. The servers are very nice, attentive and helpful. The chefs are fast and professional. I will definitely come back. If you like to eat a LOT like I do the $45 for AYCE is WELL worth it.ETA: been here twice in the past 2 months and it is one of my favorite AYCE places in Dallas!“
“My only real complaint was that the space felt really cramped, but at the same time I understand why considering the type of place it is.Food was delicious, and as someone with social anxiety I appreciated the minimal human interactionVegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options, most being sides like edamame or watermelon for dessert.Dietary restrictions: Great for people with lactose intolerance, most options wouldn't be an issue. Not great for vegan or vegetarian peoples. I can't be certain about allergens in the kitchen, but I didn't notice any dishes that contained nuts. Soy on the other hand, I'd avoid if you have a soy allergy. Not great for keto, low carb, paleo, WW, or most diets, except pescatarian, great for a pescatarian diet.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheel chair accessible due to the tight spaces. The drink robot kept getting stuck on the chair of the person I was with. However, it is still possible to get a wheelchair in and maneuver it around with some light effort, though.“
“This is my favorite sushi restaurant in DFW. I come here every other week or so. The all you can eat dinner experience is really great. There is so many options to choose from. I love how everything is made fresh to order rather than buffet style all you can eat. Even though the price may be high to some people I always feel like I get my money's worth after I leave. I have come during lunch before and although the price is cheaper alot of the menu isn't available like it is during dinner. I would not come here personally during lunch again. It's not a good value to me.“
“THIS is our absolute favorite sushi restaurant in North Dallas! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Henry was our waiter tonight and was AMAZING!!!! He was so kind, so quick, and seemed impressed we finished two entire plates of sushi! At the very end of the meal they treat you to complimentary orange slices and it’s quite literally the most perfect lasting impression! You leave feeling very full but clean, citrusy, and fresh! 10/10 recommend! They also offer gluten free options!!“
“It was my first time here and I came for a date night and it was amazing. The ambience was perfect as it was dark and there was a pretty tree over the tables. They got us seated quite quickly since we went early around 6 pm. You should go early because the tables do fill up quite fast. Me and my boyfriend got spicy salmon rolls, Philadelphia rolls and the dynamite shrimp rolls. We also ordered the donkatsu which was more than enough for the both of us. The entrees are big portions and everything tasted amazing. It was a little expensive but I totally expect this from sushi restaurants as they use high quality ingredients. The service was great and the owner even gave us complimentary yakult drinks which were very nice. Overall, it was an amazing experience with good food if you're willing to splurge a little bit.“
“My husband and I have lived in Dallas for over 20 years and this is by far one of the best Japanese ramen places we have ever eaten at!Their ramen here is very authentic, just like what we eat in Japan. The special sushi rolls are also delicious and look beautiful. We ordered the Muteki roll, which was like a work of art, so much so that we were reluctant to eat it !This place has bright décor with a high-ceilinged space that allows you to dine happily in a relaxed atmosphere. The price is also very reasonable, so you can enjoy high-end food at an average price. We will definitely come back to eat here often because it is so good! Highly recommended to everyone! My husband and I have lived in Dallas for over 20 years and this is by far one of the best Japanese ramen places we have ever eaten at! “Fantastic sushi! Fish was fresh and rolls were flavorful. Good selection of rolls as well. Ramen was good, and we appreciated the small version so that we could still enjoy other items on the menu. Didn't care for the miso soup but the edamame was good . Service was attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!“
“We’ve been here a couple times and have loved it since the first time. We have celebrated Father’s Day, wedding anniversaries and other special days in this restaurant. We loved everything we have ordered here. I’ve never tried the meat, but my father-in-law has made compliments about how soft it was. Sushi, noodles, and fish are a great. The salmon bento is tasty and well served. Last night we went to Kanzi and were debating whether we should take the food to go and dine in. Almost every table was taken. We chose to dine in and I’m glad we did. Despite being full, we were welcomed by a smiley staff and the service was just as great as it normally is on less busy days. Everyone is nice, friendly, attentive to customer’s needs. They checked in on us several times, asked how we were doing, if the food was good, if we needed anything and though we know that that’s how the service usually is at Kanzi, I was positively impressed that they were able to maintain the attentive friendly service in a busy evening. Props to Kanzi’s staff. All dishes we’ve tried so far were pretty good and every time we go, the atmosphere and the staff are great. We’ll keep coming back for sure ?“
“Unassuming sushi place but excellent food with a very extensive menu. They really do specialize in terms of sushi rolls and hence the name of the restaurant I guess. But it's not just rolls. They have a pretty good menu of other Japanese dishes as well. I really liked their miso soup. The Salmon poke bowl was average.“
“Always consistent and delicious. Great value. The wait staff is always super friendly and have great recommendations if you're not quite sure what to order. The off menu items on the chalk board are worth trying. We tried the kanpachi sashimi and it was amazing. This place is one of our favorites for great sushi.“
“Daniel was our server and made our visit super special (it was for my husband's birthday). He greeted us by asking whose birthday it was and was all smiles and genuine positive regard. He was helpful by always checking in with us to see if we needed anything. He was kind and brought a birthday dessert to our table! The sushi is always AMAZING at Edoko - best in the area!“
“Nice place for sushi . Options of sushi are good. Few main course available. If first time they will help you how ordering works else they don’t bother and you can just enjoy the food. There are couple of vegetarians options and they were good too. Overall would say great for seafood based sushi.“
“A HIDDEN GEM!! I absolutely love it here. Authentic Japanese cuisine, very small intimate seating & atmosphere. The sweetest staff… the food is incredible and service is personable. They also have a great omakase you’ll need to notify ahead of time definitely recommend if you’re not familiar with what to order.“
“Enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner with the family. We chose this restaurant because of the stellar reviews we read ahead of time. We did not make a reservation because Google reported no wait time. The dining room was fairly full when we got there, so we ended up waiting for about 15 minutes, but it was no problem. The waiting area is pretty small, though, and the front door is very breezy. It was a little on the chilly side in the restaurant, but we figured the hibachi grills would compensate and we were right. Atmosphere felt a little sparse and strange in that there were service areas intermixed in the dining areas. Plates being dried on the bar, for example. The service was very responsive and slightly on the rushed side, I felt. But, the food made up for it. The chef cooked everything with expertise, humor, flair, etc. All the things you come to a place like that for. Very generous portions and super flavorful. Probably not a place I would make a regular, but we had an enjoyable time.“
“4/5 or 8/10. Okay so… they don’t have anything on the menu that says Bento …. Which is weird considering their name. They have several dishes and their sushi is fair priced & delicious, but again there are no Bentos on the menu listed, so we were really thrown off by that. My wife and I had passed it several times and kept thinking we love Japanese bentos and would love to have one, so we dropped in on a Sunday. The waitress and chef were very kind and the food was delicious. We were just let down by the fact that there were no Bentos at all listed on the menu. So if you are excited for a bento, don’t come looking here lol. For good sushi, this is a great place which is what we ate.“
“This place is definitely a treat for the price tag; but if you ever get the chance to try it it’s incredible. The portions are small and meant to be shared, which allows you to try a wide variety of the menu. The Ab Tuna Pizza was one of my favorite dishes we tried, along with the Yellowtail Serrano. The service was excellent, as were the sake flights.Would highly recommend for a special event or work dinner!“
