“This is a staple for us. We love getting sushi to-go and also enjoy the fried rice as well as some of the appetizers. They are very friendly and although at times it can get a little busy, good sushi isn't made fast. So just order ahead of time! Really nice guy who runs the place and the chef in the back is excellent as well!“

They're takeout-only, which means they've cut out all the unnecessary overhead — so the prices are incredibly affordable, but the quality of the ingredients is never compromised. Honestly, they've spoiled us. You're getting top-tier sushi at mid-to-low-range prices, and it's hard to even compare other restaurants after this. Their sauces and condiments are well-paired too. Of course, they're not perfect — over the many times we've ordered, there have been a few hiccups. But the owner is always proactive about resolving issues, which goes a long way. Good music in the background food came out hot n fresh but missing color, was missing my cilantro and tomatoes, green onions would make the dish more presentable, whoever made this is not from Thailand, it was lacking the authenticity imo, but maybe his might be a hit miss day? I will come back again with friends and try other items on the menu to really review this place and that will determine the true rating! Come give these guys a try and lets see your reviews too!“

“Has variety of options for my food mood! Singapore noodles, gyoza, Korean bbq bento box, ramen noodles, salmon sashimi, sushi are several I cycle through as my faves! They expanded their business and I saw another section that looks like it’s karaoke or something. Haven’t tried that yet. Great food, friendly service, decent prices.“

“I have been so patient with waiting for the opportunity to finally try this ramen place! They opened up and by the time I had the chance to go they were temporarily closed. Needless to say I am very excited that they are finally open again! If you live in the 4 corners area of Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Plano you know that there's slim pickin's of GOOD ramen places around. I promise you that this one is so worth it!!! I placed an online order for take out and it said "ready in 20 min." I kid you not I walked into the building right at the 20 minute mark and the man was stapleing the bag to my order closed. Talk about precise! The man working told me that there weren't any bean sprouts in my ramen order because so they weren't fresh, to compensate he gave me an entire order of 4 veggie rolls. What?! Love that level of customer service! Plus, I was debating on even getting the veg rolls and now I'll always order them because they are delicious! Sushi was always amazing and the ramen was so good! The only adjustment I'll make to it next time is to ask for my miso veg ramen it a little spicy. My husbands spicy ramen was PLENTY spicy enough. He loved it!!! Now everytime I have a ramen craving we will be at Kuma!“

“Went by on a Friday night and surprised to see very few people when we walked in. Walter and staff was very friendly. Nice atmosphere, and the sushi was great! We had a salmon tower and giant sushi burrito. Both were awesome!! I’m not typically a sushi fan but this was delicious and a really great dinner. We’ll be back next time we want sushi! Recommended!“
