I recently had the pleasure of dining at Basil Cafe in Rockwall, TX, and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was charming, the service impeccable, and the food, simply outstanding. One dish that stole the show was the Angry Dragon Roll, boasting a delectable combination of lobster, caviar, and spicy crab mix on top. Each bite was a burst of flavors that danced on my taste buds. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting Basil Cafe. Highly recommended!
My go to sushi place! I love the Yummy Roll and the Sweetheart Roll. They also have my absolute favorite miso soup around. We've tried most of the rolls and they're always delicious. The beef pad thai is also really good.It's a small, cozy and romantic spot. Usually easy to get a table and always ready for pick up orders when you want!

Came on Friday around 6pm, wasn't busy yet, we got seated right away. Menu is pretty extensive with lots to choose from. For appetizers, we ordered the bao buns. Each bun is super soft with a thick slice of pork belly marinated in bulgogi sauce. My husband ordered the Thai pineapple fried rice, he loved it.
