We were in Dallas for 3 days and came here twice in a row. It was that good. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had, and the chefs were friendly and meticulous. Highlights included the seared pieces (salmon belly, black cod) and the truffle salmon. Felt like a portal to Japan. Wow.
I have lived and worked in Japan and extremely picky when it comes to sushi. This place is, hands down, the best Japanese place in town. Service is impeccable and the fish and rice are amazing. Everything is beautifully crafted and presented. I will bring my Japanese friends here when they visit Dallas.
