We were in Dallas for 3 days and came here twice in a row. It was that good. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had, and the chefs were friendly and meticulous. Highlights included the seared pieces (salmon belly, black cod) and the truffle salmon. Felt like a portal to Japan. Wow.

Menu is simple but awesome. Have the rolls as soon as they're served up. Crunchy seaweed and perfectly seasoned rice.. yummm. The hand-rolls were absolutely amazing! My favorite hand roll is negi toro with chopped up pickled daikon and the grilled black cod plate is a must.This is truly a gem! Highly recommend!
