This was my second stay there and I was not disappointed. Half the cost of the hotel (another area) we gad went to the night before for my wife's birthday and this place made that feel like a motel 6. Thank you
One night stay at Renaissance Richardson was pleasant. Hotel was very busy that weekend with some sort of party...crazy costumes and lots of up and down in the elevators (which ended up getting stuck a few times). Parking for check in was a bit confusing but we got it worked out. Front desk recognized my Titanium Status and had a upgrade to a Balcony Room Junior Suite. The elite lounge was closed/not available. Breakfast for two was an elite benefit. The breakfast buffet was good...read full review

The food was quite good but over-priced, and the service while friendly was slow as Christmas, even though they weren't busy. I don't think it would make it if not for being in the hotel.Parking: They validated our parking at the front desk so it was free.
