I don’t agree with the current check-in system. Customers waited in line for hours while regular clients seemed to be favored. This doesn’t feel fair, and I believe the business should improve the check-in process to be more equitable.
There was an incident where a child vomited on the floor, and the area, including the floor and table, was not properly cleaned.
The best DimSum in all of DFW.
Although the service was a little spotty, the food did not disappoint. We’re glad it wasn’t a 2 hour wait, as we were initially told. Once we finally got in, we enjoyed the food, although several items were sold out. Overall, I’d recommend this restaurant if you want good quality dim sum in Dallas.
