Absolutely flavorful food. Peruvian food has been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember. I am a creature of habit and chose to roll with the regular. I mean how can you go wrong! The calamari came out crisp, snappy and delicious. The Yucca was fried crispy on the outside soft on the inside. The Lomo Saltado is the love child of Soy Sauce and steak fajitas with potatoes.
