“Just came in to have a few beers. We didn't eat anything, just drank. I had a dark porter beer and it was real good. I love the fact that this place plays classic rock (70's, and 80's) over the speakers. Guitars & Growlers has a nice atmosphere and the staff seemed friendly.“
“My wife and I went in on a Sunday night 30 mins before they closed, and we apologized to the waiter (Cole), and told him we’d be quick. We have little kids, so we don’t get to go out on date nights very often, but Cole assured us that it was ok, and he absolutely took amazing care of us. Helped us through the menu, choosing a wine, and made the whole experience so comfortable for us. My big concern was going in so late and getting poor service and poor food, but I was thrilled that the service was warm and the food was hot! We ordered the carbonara and the shrimp risotto… Flawless. Great attention to detail, great blending of flavors, and the kitchen staff (Eddy and Ruben) even took the time to talk about the art of their craft, and it was like being among friends at our house. We’re in the food industry, and we love finding other folks who are passionate about amazing food, and cared enough about their guests to make sure they sent out piping hot food that wasn’t just thrown together to get out the door faster. In total, we tried 2 apps, a soup, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts. Everything was spot-on. Great food and the staff was even better. I will be back more than they will probably want.“
“Food is pretty decent - Pizza was really good last week. Burger/Fries average. BUT - when taking may order - I should have been told that the curly fries were an extra $2 and ranch was and extra as well! Made the lunch menu price not so good.“

“The only reason I'm rating it a 4/5 is because the pepperoni pizza barely had any flavor. Tomato sauce spread had no taste, and you could taste each pizza component separately (crust, sauce, cheese, pepperoni). I honestly had a lot of fun with the size of the pizza since it was my first time experiencing it. The house salad was delicious! I would honestly buy the full house salad. My wife and I were the only ones there at the time because they just opened, so everything was clean. If the taste was there, it'd be a 5/5. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's craving pizza and is also looking for the New York style. The pizza slice was HUGE! Which made it a wonderful experience. Can't wait to come back to try the B.Y.O. (build your own) pizza.“
