Hibiki exceeded all expectations! Our server, Shade, provided exceptional service—attentive, professional, and friendly throughout our entire visit. We ordered the Who’s Your Daddy and Holy Moly rolls, both of which delivered the perfect level of spice and flavor. The sushi was impressively fresh, beautifully presented, and truly a highlight of the evening.

We ordered here through DoorDash and the delivery was fast! The food was delicious! Being from Abilene, we don’t have any outstanding Sushi places, and this place Hibiki Sushi was delicious!!! We got a mixture of 5 specialty rolls. The Burning your stomach and the Threesome Special were two of my favorites. We also got the Franky & Boom Boom Nipple Roll both delicious. Sometimes, I come here to eat sushi. They have good happy hours. Sushi rolls are okay. There are two things are great in here, if you are not the person just like eating sushi with different salads sauce. 1-Tempura! I always order their tempura. It’s fresh deep fried.
