The employees were very gracious when my son dropped his cake pop on the ground. They were caring and offered to give him a new one, avoiding a huge meltdown.
Impressed by how clean this Starbucks was, and even more by how friendly the staff were. On my way out, I waited over 10 minutes to use the men's restroom since someone was already inside. A staff member noticed and offered to let me use the ladies' restroom in case it was urgent. Such a thoughtful gesture! It was a huge relief. Thank you!
This Starbucks location really came through, especially for such an early visit at 5am. I ordered a chai with soy milk and it was made perfectly: smooth, consistent, and exactly what I needed that early in the morning.
