I have never felt so welcome as I did today, and don't get me wrong, this location is super friendly and pleasant, they greet you and are very cordial all the time, but in particular today they were busy and I was waiting and Berenice quickly jumped up and let me know that she was working on my order, I was very happy that she recognized me and that she made me feel that even though they were busy, they were attentive and that each order they received had priority. I ordered my drink to the wrong location and the lady behind the counter was kind enough to make it for me again. She did not have to do this and I appreciate it. The barista had my order done so quickly!

Efficient and friendly, and they made my order accurately - and yet I don't think this is a coffee shop for hanging out. To be clear: I could tell they have regulars, who were greeted by name. The staff were working so hard; and with good cheer. But the day I was there most orders seemed to be to-do, and most of those not places in person.
