I have never felt so welcome as I did today, and don't get me wrong, this location is super friendly and pleasant, they greet you and are very cordial all the time, but in particular today they were busy and I was waiting and Berenice quickly jumped up and let me know that she was working on my order, I was very happy that she recognized me and that she made me feel that even though they were busy, they were attentive and that each order they received had priority. GOOD JOB BERENICE I hope your manager Drew Gare recognizes you!!! More people like this please ? She deserves a raise

Efficient and friendly, and they made my order accurately - and yet I don't think this is a coffee shop for hanging out. To be clear: I could tell they have regulars, who were greeted by name. The staff were working so hard; and with good cheer. But the day I was there most orders seemed to be to-do, and most of those not places in person. So this would be an effective location to place an order for pick-up. But if you are looking to meet someone for coffee or to work on your computer for a bit, it probably would feel like you are sitting in a coffee factory with nice employees. I would go again to order a latte to enjoy on a walk.

This is the place I go to with my husband on dates. We just had our 40 years anniversary and we agreed on what better place to go to to celebrate but here at Starbucks!!! This place rocks!!!

It's one of the many Starbucks I frequent. Very clean inside, friendly atmosphere, I was greeted when I entered. I pre orderon the app, and my drink was just finishing up when I arrived. It was made to perfection by one of their barristas. I really enjoy the new Oleato Shaken Espresso with an extra shot for a kick in the morning. Highly recommend this establishment.

Anything you fill up with cream and sugar is going to taste relatively good, but the coffee here is really nothing special, especially at these prices. The only redeeming quality to Starbucks has historically been that they would have some decent seating and places to plug in your laptop so you could get some work done and hang out for a few hours on that $5 coffee.I can't speak for all Starbucks because I don't go into very many but this one has gone out of its way to make itself as inhospitable as possible. They have eliminated a huge volume of seating, and the seating that remains is almost exclusively stools with extremely low backs but don't provide any sort of support and are intended to be as uncomfortable as possible to discourage sitting for too long. Why would you pay $5 for a coffee at a place like this it doesn't even have a drive-thru and doesn't even have a place for you to sit comfortably? I guess if you just need a place to hang out for a few minutes and whatever it can serve a purpose but this location has definitely gone downhill.One minute away from this Starbucks is a 7-Eleven where you can get a gigantic hot or iced coffee for a dollar or two and fill it up with whatever delicious creamer or flavorings you want. I take a 32 oz rambler and they charge me $1.44 to fill it up. At Starbucks you can't even walk in the door for that price. What are you if not a high quality coffee shop and not a place for people to hang out and drink mediocre coffee?

I'm sure this review will get over looked by the Starbucks company. But for all my coffee lovers, this not the Starbucks to spend your time or money. They have the worst service in DFW so for that I have been to you would be better off just grabbing a coffee from your local gas station and that's very sad to say. The seating area is always so nasty 95% of the time, if you are meeting up with friends make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies because you have to clean your own table & chairs and the floor around you. Always order ahead with the moble app to this Starbucks is a joke, I live in Richardson but work in the shopping center across from this Starbucks takes me about 25mins to drive there, not only is my drink not ready they never pull my food items the sad part was that thy wasn't busy at all, so as I'm standing there 3 new customers walk in order and those same 3 customers get there coffee & other items before me. The crazy this they had FIVE employees behind the counter,ONE employee picking what drinks she wants to make, TWO others just standing behind her talking about their night, ONE just standing at the register, ONE standing by the oven. When ask for a refund thy refuse to give it to me, and just rush and made my drinking and I already had to pull my own food items, maybe I should get paid for working that day.After that I gave them a month to get it together, But no it's still the worst Starbucks to in Texas again mobile order 30mins before I got there drink still not ready, 3rd time I walk- in for the employee to tell me oh he have to remake order because someone walked out with so another 10mins I waited. Standing I have seen 3 people walk out telling the staff keep the money because it's not worth the wait or them being late to work. I work with many people that say this Starbucks has left a very bad taste in their mouth.So my Reviewers if you want Good Service, A clean place, And AMAZING COFFEE. Well Keep Driving Because This Starbucks is not IT.

Dude went from running cash register to food prep without washing hands. Nobody was wearing food handling gloves. Pretty skivvy.And fuggedaboudit with their overpriced burnt coffee.Cheese sandwich was good, they just need to handle food properly. Only came in bc of receiving gift card.
