I cancelled a mobile order after waiting 30 minutes for it. Then on top of not getting my drink my refund was shorted, even though she used my app with the total in it. I received a notification at 8:08 saying the order was ready, but 20 minutes later I was still waiting. This past month they have gotten consistently worse.
