I’ll give this place zero stars if I could for customer service. Sara looks very unmotivated and gave a lot of attitude. I even asked if she was good just to loosen tensions she replied by yelling if I wanted my receipt! On top of that when my order was ready she left it on the counter without saying a word rather pointing at it! I get that there are bad days for every employee sometimes but she was simply Very Unprofessional and Rude!
Came by one of my offices thought of getting a drink at the Starbucks located in Tom Thumb… first of all my drink wasn’t made right and i paid extra on my drink for what I didn’t even get took that L cause the baristas already looked annoyed and customer service sucks.. they just looked unhappy working there.. suggestion…. Get another job.. sheesh
