Unpleasant Experience at StarbucksToday's visit to Starbucks was quite disappointing. Typically, I use the drive-thru for convenience, but I needed to use the restroom urgently, so I opted for the lobby. Unfortunately, the restroom had a pin lock, requiring me to interrupt the cashier mid-conversation with another customer.While I understand the inconvenience, the cashier gave me the pin. My experience was great, customer service is great, and this location is close to most of the dealership's on Lemmon. So while your purchasing a car you can stop by Starbucks an purchase a freshly made beverage of your choice, tea or coffee, if you feel like your order is a mistake, Starbucks will correct your purchase/ beverage. I shall be returning to this location soon. Thanks for the great experience at Starbucks.

This location was closed for a while (assumingly for a remodel or something similar), so I was excited to visit after learning it was open again. Before the remodel, I enjoyed this place since they didn't have a drive-thru, so it was a lot easier to order a drink and get it quick with really good service since they could focus on only customers in front of them.What I was NOT excited about was the huge change in demeanor, attitude, skill and professionality of the staff.
