I am not one to write reviews but the customer service here is not very consistent. Most workers seem like they don’t want to be here, so it makes me happy i’ve never received bad service from Erica! Her customer service is amazing!
when i say i love potbelly i literally do! i go almost everyday. Unfortunately the service today was not great. Me and my coworkers went in to buy milkshakes to cool off since our work places AC went out. When my Manager asked “can we get 4 milkshakes please” the girl with the heavy makeup at the register said “oh my god” and walked away and just had a attitude the entire time. First time there and was greeted immediately! Employee named Erika made picking out everything super fast and easy, she even gave good recommendations. I would definitely come again :)!
