Edit: This is a comment about a follow-up. I requested a follow-up to my feedback and the manager decided to call me at 6:30 AM in the morning, when I am sleeping. On Monday, I did not pick it up. Tuesday, I get called again at around 6:30 AM in the morning. Why does the manager not call me after 9 AM just like normal people would? Additionally, the manager did not sound empathetic at all to my concerns and comments and sounded very much like this was something he was forced to do and did not care. Again, my impression is that this speaks about the training and customer care of the staff. Lastly, the fact that I kept on getting follow-up calls in 6:30 AM gave me the strong impression that the follow-up was retaliatory.

Worst workers and customer service. The manager that was working today known as BOBBY was giving me attitude on the phone when I told him my order was incorrect. I ordered a BIG wreck with everything on there (comments: extra onion and toast) and also the steakhouse sandwich and soups. My BIG wreck came like it lost weight, with nothing on it but MISSING meats. I spoke to this guy who said I didn't choose any toppings, and that there was no comments regarding onions and toast. He must be joking cause I have the ticket and a snap of my order. I asked for a refund and he said ok and hung up. Called back many times and he finally picks up. I mentioned to him he needs to learn to speak to his customer because am not his mother. Shame on him. Shame on people who hire these kinds of people with no customer service. Just tried their soup and it's old and nasty. DO NOT GO TO THE LEMMON AVE LOCATION!! Just got to Subway they will make your order the way you ask.

My brother and I did a pickup order. While we were waiting to get my sandwich, staff were chanting his name like it was a joke and making fun out of it, thinking we wouldn't notice. When my brother confronted them about it, asking them why they were chanting his name, they pretended to not know what he was talking about saying they were discussing whether it was our order. It should be noted that we were the only customers in the store at the time. After making the sandwich, they did not apologize at all and gave us the sandwich curtly, acting like we were sensitive and told us to calm down instead when we were clearly harassed. I don't know what kind of training Potbelly employees go through, but this gives me the impression that employees do no go through proper training to treat customers with respect. My brother goes to this Potbelly location frequently as it is close to his home, but we discussed that we will no longer to frequent this location. If you have an uncommon name, they will make a joke out of it for their amusement.Edit: This is a comment about a follow-up. Javier and the guys nailed the sandwich and the service! I totally screwed up my order and everything and despite heavy foot traffic they expertly helped me! New favorite sandwich place!

We walked in and placed an order for two of us. When we got home one of the sandwiches was missing from the bag. We called the restaurant and were immediately given a credit. It sucks that one of us was not able to have dinner but the manager at the store was kind, realized the mistake and took the appropriate action. We could have driven back to get a fresh sandwich but we live 20 miles away and were too tired to drive back.

I stopped eating here several years ago when meat portions decreased to 3 oz. Food was ok otherwise. I'm just not paying for shrink - flation. There are much better options.

Literally didn't eat our food because it was all garbage. My husband even found a plastic bag in his sandwich, and the counter attendant scoffed. PATHETIC.

I've visited this location a few times, each time was satisfactory . A very busy location come lunch time with heavy traffic. Located off Lemmon Avenue and Inwood next to the Wells Fargo and Starbucks. This is a moderately spaced location with plenty of seating and free WiFi. Customer service and attentiveness could be better than what I've experienced . My go to is usually a tuna melt chips and a drink . Prices ranges for a meal will run from $11-$14 . Calm setting but lunch time gets a little noisy. I would recommend this location if you're in the mood for something healthy .

Worst service of any fast food place I've ever visited. The employees are absolute zombies. They're not present to serve the customer. They're only present to collect a check. They act like it's a disservice to all your name and hand over a to-go order. One girl was sweeping behind the register and it literally was like I was invisible. Ridiculous.

First and foremost this place is dirty in the lunch hours... secondly the people they're who serve the sandwiches are very rude starting with the managers the lady at the back table doing orders she acts like she's going to break down everything I asked her a question the hispanic gentleman in the red shirt acts like he didn't understand anything y o said he kept on asking me what I wanted on my sandwich after I told him 3x what is was then to top it off the other heavy set manager guy was acting very rude like he was irritated or something so it's a 1 star for me sorry this ain't the kind of service I'm used too very sad if you don't like your job then you shouldn't be working

Don’t bother ordering online or on the app. You’ll end up waiting 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, might as well have just ordered inside.
