Today was my second visit to Casa Rosa and it was just as spectacular as the first. Eloy was our server- he is a subject matter expert, attentive, and polite. The food was incredible. I ordered the combo plate with the beef chimichanga and chicken enchilada, as well as the flautitas for an appetizer. In the past I tried their beef fajitas, which were also exceptional. The food is amazing, i try to go every time I'm in Dallas. The service level is great, and so are the drinks.
