Food was good as always.Service was okay...server had issues with our checks...had to redo them several times.When the busboy was refilling waters, I asked if we could get more chips.His response..."Well..I'm not your server!"Not a good answer!
Have been here a few times and the food is always fire! ???? I’ve tried several of their menu items and they don’t disappoint. My favorite are the chicken enchiladas. The flavors are bomb. It’s like elevated Tex Mex. They know what they are doing and their food shows that.Prickly pear frozen margaritas are a MUST try. Today was my second visit to Casa Rosa and it was just as spectacular as the first. Eloy was our server- he is a subject matter expert, attentive, and polite. The food was incredible.
