It’s very cold inside. Bring your jacket.
This had to be the worst Starbucks ever. I ordered my drink, sandwich, and yogurt from the app because I'm pressed for time on my way to work. I get inside and only my yogurt is there.
A customer had just spilled a drink and it got on two sandwiches.When I asked about my drink and sandwich, it was if I was speaking in an unknown language. Turns out it was my drink and my sandwich.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both good and bad points. The employees are sometimes friendly and wonderful, with one sweet girl giving away free coffee and a sweet message on a cup during a difficult time. However, other employees just want customers in and out and do not care to make the coffee right. One person ordered a cappuccino but received a cup full of some type of foam. The lobby was dirty and stunk. The music has been so loud that customers cannot talk sitting face to face. The parking lot is not ideal because the drive thru line wraps around the front of the store. Service is otherwise great with no order problems, and they are fast. One reviewer gave 5 stars but does not drink coffee. Overall, the location needs better organization.
