This was a first-time visit to this location. The normal greeting of "welcome" was presented upon entry. The vibe wasn't the same. It wasn't busy and the 3 baristas casually engaged within themselves.I'm always appreciative of Starbucks for getting work done and having the space along with comfort to do so.I normally stick to my favs. This visit since my last try of the Lavender Creme Oatmilk Latte Iced failed my hope was for them to get it right at this location. AGAIN, EPIC FAIL!!**Attached pics of the advertised and what was made for me**SN: Starbucks make the drinks as advertised!! We pay a lot for specialty products. #TrainTheBaristasBetter ?

Drive thru employee named "fha" is rude, terrible communication. We drove up to drive thru, she says YEAH? then nothing else until im assuming when she was ready to take our order. Once we finally were able to give our order, her communication was just as poor. Obviously not a quality employee I would think Starbucks would want.

My favorite Starbucks ever. I love how Adrienne is the master multitasker crafter. She so delicately handles the drive thru like a boss and all staff never seem to overwhelmed.. always calm always attentive and always delicious. Thank you for making my go-to such an easy choice!

I wasn't really a coffee person in the past , but miss Micha at this location has absolutely changed my mind ! Her knowledge and thoughtfulness has made me a latte lover ❤️ I always have the most pleasant and fulfilling service and I love that everyone says hello to me but I can't say enough how wonderful Micah is , and I highly recommend visiting this location ❤️

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT PLASTIC IN YOUR DRINK. Ordered in the app and went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 drinks one for me and one for my husband. My husband drinks his White Mocha Frappe halfway and noticed plastic in his mouth. We went back to let them know and asked to speak to a manager. Someone who claimed to be a manager was very rude and unprofessional after she realized she made the drink and took the drink and threw it in the trash. Something had broken or something clearly happened that she was aware of. Then continues to ask us to get out the store because we were broke people looking for a free drink. Only if she knew…. She said her name is FHA thought that’s a loan you get for your house. Then threatens us to call the police because we asked for our drink back after she threw in it the trash and continues to say I am not digging in the trash to get that drink and then says to come on Monday to talk to the store manager. I called the police because I guess she thought we will get scared and run away if she mentions police. While we are waiting she tells us if we want to wait inside the store then SHUT UP or we can wait outside for the police. I thought you had to have certain qualifications to be a manager. Once the police were called the other 2 girls that were there they took out the trash that had the drink out. This is the worst experience I have had at Starbucks. This so called manager should get fired.
