So I come to this Starbucks because it's literally a mile from my house so it's convenient to go here but every time I come here I am so disappointed. I love Starbucks, but today I was very disappointed. I ordered a white chocolate mocha hot and they either gave me the wrong one or whoever made it doesn't know how to make it. It's a shame when you expect something and get something else, and that you don't have time to go back to have them remake it.

I feel they can do better. I’ve been here and my drink that I order every time is always made differently. Everyone should be consistent and follow directions on how drink is made. The staff is super friendly I’m just not a fan of not knowing if my drink will be made correctly.
