Night shift people were so rude. You work in customer service, a simple hello and a you're welcome after a thank you goes a long way instead of just ignoring people and walking away. I hadn't had a bad experience until recently. Coffee did not taste good either, maybe the bad service just made it taste bad. ?

I feel they can do better. I’ve been here and my drink that I order every time is always made differently. Everyone should be consistent and follow directions on how drink is made. The staff is super friendly I’m just not a fan of not knowing if my drink will be made correctly.

When I go to Starbucks, the drink I always drink is pineapple lemonade, but they put something else in my drink without me telling them, and when I asked what it was, they didn't change it and the employees just laughed among themselves. I've been living in New York for a long time, but I think this is the first time I've been to a Starbucks that makes things just the way I like them. I think this is the worst point

This is my usual Starbucks and it was great up until a few weeks ago I noticed some new faces there. The guy at the drive thru has no customer service whatsoever. Usually Starbucks employees are cheerful and in a great mood. Well not him. Two days in a row I went thru the drive thru and ordered and he is always there I don't know his name, but has short hair. I always say thank you to where I expected a welcome at least. No nothing! Third day I decided to get down because my husband and daughter did not want him to take our order anymore. Well guess what he was not there that day, but the girl with curly hair who took our order was just about the same as him. She looked as if she didn't want to be there. She did not greet or nothing. We stood there in front of the register until I said "Hi! Hello!" and smiled at her to which she just ignored. I said thank you and she said absolutely nothing. Talk about great customer service! If it would of been my first time at Starbucks I would have been so disappointed, but I have been to others where they do know how to treat a customer the right way.

So I come to this Starbucks because it's literally a mile from my house so it's convenient to go here but every time I come here I am so disappointed. It's so rare when I get a good coffee from thereI honestly rather go out of my way drive all the way to airport freeway near esters to the Starbucks next to the Pollo Loco place to get a Coffee there because they for one give excellent service, and their drinks are top-tier every time. I have tried so many times to give the Starbucks here on Irving Boulevard so many chances but every chance I give them they fail. And I hate being the customer to go back inside and remake my drink. Normally, I just deal with it because I hate bothering people but I had to do it today because it just tasted disgusting so as I asked him to remake it for me, a guy in the front his name is Isaac just kept staring at me like I was stupid they remade my drink and asked me to taste it to see if it tasted weird and the Isaac guy just kept looking at me like yeah you d*** b***** I made it the same exact way, so it shouldn't taste nasty. I'm not one to complain bro so if it tasted nasty then it tasted nasty.‍
