I’ve given this location a lot of chances, but their drinks never taste as good as the other locations. It’s always watered down. Every time I order a venti the drink is never filled to the top. Seems to have more ice than coffee. Workers are very nice though and they keep the store clean. I just think maybe this location needs more training in the recipe part
Overall the drinks are made correctly but the customer service is not that great. Also they forget to put the sleeves on the hot drinks.
