I never usually go to this location but I did last Friday because it was on my route for the morning and I really needed a good cup of coffee before work.I placed my order around 7:23 am and my estimated pickup time was 7:33 am. I was already late for work but I patiently waited for my order.When it did not arrive until 7:36 am, I asked once of the baristas about my order. She could see my name there, way before many people that already received my orders and I showed her my receipt with correct address and store pickup option.I asked her if she could find out if someone was working in my order. She was not making a drink or attending to other people but was only standing behind the mobile order pickup counter. She asked the lady working beside her about my order. The lady replied “NO”.She never even followed up with any coworkers that were working on making drinks, did not inform anyone that my order hasn’t been worked on, did not update me of what was going on. She just stood there.I waited for a few more minutes but I was already very late at that point and I asked her the cancel the order. She said okay but did not do anything to cancel the order. I asked her again if she could cancel it, she said yes but I never received my refund. Not sure if starbucks does not provide refunds for orders not received.Will not be returning to this location again. During my wait, I also decided to use the bathroom but it did not lock and it was nasty.

This is the only location I come to that never has my order ready for pick up. Supposed to be ready at 12:43 it is now 12:50 and I am waiting. Maybe I’m a bit spoiled because this isn’t normal behavior of the other stores I visit

I ordered a venti pink with choco cold foam with no ice and it came like this. I never has issue while ordering no ice in any other Starbucks but this. So waste of money. Never ever going back in this location ever again.

Great location!! You cannot see this store from the service road but once you turn, it’s nestled in the shopping center. The employees were very friendly and the drivethru was super fast. I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and it was delicious!

Never had any issues with this location until today, I ordered a cheese danish and strawberry açaí refresher, my refresher taste like water and my danish had some sort of little seeds all over it. When I called the store to let them know, the associate just said “ma’am the danish doesn’t come with seeds”, she didn’t apologize or anything
