Located inside the NYLO Las Colinas Hotel, Tapestry Collection, the LOFT Kitchen is an on-trend eatery (and drinkery!) on the first floor. The exposed concrete motif of the hotel extends into LOFT. Even the bar top is cast concrete. So I came down for dinner and a drink since I'm staying in the hotel. I ordered a pineapple margarita (wasn't on the menu) but she made it and it was tasty. I interacted with 3 different staff/ bar tenders and all were very nice. I ordered the Brussels sprouts and chips and queso. The queso was ok.I made it better by adding lime juice from my margarita lime. The chips were good though. Tasted homemade. The candied Brussels sprouts were SO good! Typical bar food. But a bit more on the fancier side. The outside area looks amazing. But current weather (rain in the 40s) prevents me from hanging out there. Bartender was initially very attentive got me a drink right away. But got forgotten about and had to wave him over. It's easy and convenient if you are staying at the hotel.
