“As a frequent business traveler, I've experienced a wide range of hospitality standards. I rarely feel compelled to single out a hotel experience, however, my recent stay at the NYLO in Dallas was exceptional.

From the moment I checked in, Fatima at the front desk provided a warm and efficient welcome. The housekeeping staff consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness and attentiveness, ensuring my room was always well-stocked and comfortable.

The fun part: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the service at the Loft bar. Evan and Darien demonstrated a level of professionalism and genuine hospitality that significantly enhanced my experience. Their attentiveness and engaging demeanor created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

The NYLO's location, in the suburban Dallas area with convenient interstate access, makes it an ideal choice for business travelers. The consistent quality of service across all departments is a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
I commend the NYLO team for their dedication to providing a positive and memorable experience. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Dallas.

“If you’re grabbing lunch at Moxie, ask for Morgan. Flat out outstanding service.

She was on it from the start friendly, sharp, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Drinks stayed full, food came out hot, and the timing was perfect. You can tell she takes pride in doing things right.

She made the whole lunch smooth and enjoyable, not rushed and not forgotten about. That kind of service is rare these days.

“This club is amazing. I have been going to Colette for months, and I just had to let everyone know how great the club and staff are. The door staff and security are always amazing. I do want to point out one person, her name is Keona, let me just say how sweet and kind this young lady is; she always greet me, my husband, and others with a smile and kind words, she is the reason we purchased a membership. If you are nervous about going to Colette, don’t, the atmosphere is a club environment with rooms in the back to do lifestyle activities, the staff will also tell you everything you need to know when you get there, but also do your research about this lifestyle.“

“I love Taboo Lounge. Food is great. Vibe is great. Music is upbeat - hip hop, salsa, africana...Great DJ. If you're waiting in Double Ds line and know you're not getting in, just take a few walks over to Taboo and grab a drink. Very cool alternative.“

It still feels like a historic estate but with contemporary comfort. The grounds are well-kept and impressive, and my room was comfortable and stylish. The bar was a highlight, serving great drinks—the margarita was a standout. The restaurant delivered solid food with a good wine selection to match. Service was top-notch, from the valet to the staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. I’d highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Dallas.“

“What a great surprise on Cedar Springs in Dallas! We had walked by this restaurant many times over the years. We were looking for something casual and easy for dinner. We sat at the bar and had a couple great drinks and our food was delicious! Bartender was super nice and talkative. I would highly suggest you stop in try it out if you want some good company and great food.“

This location was a bit difficult to locate but it was worth it. We found a parking spot on the street quickly as someone pulled out of a parking spot. There is garage parking but we didn't use it. We entered via the library door. We absolutely loved everything we came across after that inside the club. The personnel were great and helpful. The drinks were not cheap but accurately prepared to order and my taste.“

Our family of ten were seated in the back (outdoor but inside) and we were treated as very special people, and the service by Luke was extraordinary. The food was wonderful....plates were empty. And the bread and butter...I am embarrassed by the amount we ate . Birthdays usually have cake, and we were surprised with olive oil cake for our table. YUM! “I came in on a Saturday and bought general admission just to grab a quick bite pool side. When I walked in I saw reserved seating (that cost money) and I saw FREE day beds that were first come first served. I noticed people were leaving their belongings on the free day beds as place holders, while they got in the pool. So I asked wait staff was this allowed, and 2 of the girls collectively said “no they shouldn’t be doing that”

So I walked back in and sat at the free day beds, filled with stuff, and a white man approached me and said this is my bed but it’s okay I’ll let you stay here. I chuckled and said yeah the wait staff already told me I’m good. And startled by my response he said no I’ve been here all morning , and I said yes at a FREE day bed. You can’t just leave your stuff here as a placeholder and expect to have it reserved all day. Reserved seating cost money and you didn’t spend any money. And then he threatened to have me kicked out. Lol, it amazes me how they think they have this much power especially when they haven’t spent any money. Eventually a waitress came over took my order and I gave her my credit card and she completely ignored this disgruntled man because she wanted to make some money!“

“AC provides amazing guest service and hotel rooms. The lobby and bar is a great spot for co-working, networking or simply having a glass of wine. The hotel provides live music on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from local artists. The menu @ the bar is extensive and definitely something for everyone. “This place is a fancy sports bar. It can be busy at night if there is an event in the hotel. It’s a little on the pricey side, but the food is good. I’ve been here a number of times. I’ve never had trouble getting seated or had long waits. Sometimes it’s a little longer to get food when they are slam packed, but that’s the same anywhere. Sometimes there are big corporate groups trying to see who can drink the most expensive whiskey that get a little loud. The Pot Roast is great. The mashed potatoes were great. The pasta was very good as well. If you are staying in the hotel, or another hotel close by, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.“
