The lounge is known for its friendly service, good views of the airport, and a hospitality experience rated 10 out of 10. Visitors can find excellent healthy food options as well as some yummy snacks. The drink selection is extensive, offering everything from cappuccinos to alcohol-free beer, cold still and sparkling water, milk, teas, and a full bar. While the food selection could be more varied and tends to stay the same, the lounge's clean and relaxing shower rooms, along with a variety of seating options, enhance the experience. Although there may be a wait during busy times, the attentive staff, including Joel who went above and beyond to return a lost phone, ensures that the experience remains enjoyable. Despite limited restrooms, the lounge is worth the price of admission, leaving visitors feeling star struck and eager for their next visit.
