Can't believe I'm writing about an airport lounge but DFW C1 Lounge is just too good to not talk about. There's a wide variety of food that's always being replenished. It's not bad either, definitely very good quality and tasty. Brunch, lunch, and dinner all feature different menus, and if you're in a rush, you can just grab any of the pre-packaged to-go foods (which are pretty good). Bar is all you can drink and bartenders are exceptionally friendly and kind. Lots of amenities like showers, meeting rooms, yoga, etc. are offered. Great wifi and you can drop off your luggage. Ambiance is really great; I love the design of the lounge. Also, the bathrooms are really peaceful lol and there's like some rainforest sounds playing. Typically, there is a line for the bathrooms but hopefully people don't take too long. I've been to two out of three C1 lounges and this is definitely the one I prefer more. Worth getting the VentureX card, especially since they offer so many more perks. I have Priority Pass as well so I've been to a handful of lounges and this is definitely at the top overall.

Absolutely unbelievably rude staff. I walked in 10 minutes after they opened for the day and the first thing I hear is a staff member YELLING at a customer. After hearing that and smelling the foul Odors emanating from the lounge I decided to leave. The free food isn't worth being verbally Assaulted while sitting in their health code violating facility.

Capital One Lounges are known for their impressive food offerings, including both hot and cold options. You can enjoy restaurant-quality meals with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. * Hot entrees: You'll find a variety of dishes like quinoa salad, mac and cheese, roasted vegetables, and more. * Grab-and-go options: Perfect for those on the run, Capital One Lounges offer a selection of pre-made sandwiches, salads, yogurt parfaits, and snacks. * Beverages: There's a wide selection of beverages available, including hot and cold coffee, tea, juices, and sparkling water. * Desserts: Don't forget to save room for dessert! Capital One Lounges offer a variety of sweet treats, from cookies and brownies to muffins and pastries.

I like the lounge. It's so nice. I probably went here for more than 20 times by now. Their drink selections and snacks are great. But there are two major issues!!! Service is wonderful. The lounge is beautiful and spotless clean. But but but but, the lounge is always full. It's hard to get in. Also there are only 4 bathrooms. Good luck trying to use the bathroom. This lounge can hold over 150-200 people. However the lounge only has 4 bathrooms. They definitely need more bathrooms.

Why doesn't Seattle have a capital one lounge -cries- This lounge is huge and beautiful. The food is great. the bar drinks are great. The people working here are friendly and quick and wonderful. The only downside was that when I was here too many people wanted to go in at the same time due to the storms delaying flights, and it meant there was an hour wait just to get in. But omfg was everything excellent once inside.

Midday Thursday, April 18th, I waited 51 minutes to go up to the lounge -- we were told it was at "max capacity" and I asked what that was just curious -- they said 150 people. When I finally got up there, after minimal people have walked out of the lounge btw, there was a MAX of 50 people up there. There was a plethora of seating and food available. This is fraud to advertise unlimited access to the lounge with the capital one cards and purposefully keep people waiting so that many of them just turn around and walk away after they hear it's a 20 minute wait, which actually turns into an hour wait. Incredibly disappointed in my first experience here and will definitely reconsider that before my card renews.

Usually a great experience. Long wait and terrible customer service tonight. What a shame for a flagship lounge. Hopefully a different manager during the next trip. Usually 5 stars

This lounge is fantastic! The amount of food options was enormous, and every thing we tried was amazing, especially the breakfast potatoes. Also, the chai latte on draft was an unexpected surprise, it was perfectly sweet. The staff was extremely attentive and always made sure the food was well stocked and fresh. The bar was very fast service, and all of our drinks were free. It was crowded, but it didn't feel that way. If you fly out of DFW a lot, definitely get the Venture X card for this lounge access.

Crazy wait time 15-30 mins. What is the use of lounge when you cannot go in.

One word: WOW!!! Used our CO credit card for entry and it did not let us down. Probably the best airport lounge I’ve ever been to.

Very good lounge. You can pay your way in, which is annoying as it makes it busy lol. Not enough toilets or showers. Otherwise it has great food and decor! The showers are always ‘warm’. Has been this way for 6 months+. I go next door into the AA flagship lounge for an actual hot shower.

It was packed with lots of people, and there was a waiting list to get in, but all the yummy free food was worth the wait. I was able to get on the waiting list ahead of time using my Capital One app. I would've enjoyed it more if I came with my family, but I was traveling alone and was told to sit at the bar, not at the regular tables. There were lots of food choices to eat and to take to go. Would definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Although not a super heavy traveler, I have flown international and been in 100x business and first class lounges in 20 years. This includes Singapore Airlines First Class in Singapore.....and this lounge was one of my favorite. It was busy....that's the only issue I had.....but the food and self-service drinks were great. Screw my Amex Plat. It is crazy that a once known last chance credit card company produces one of the best lounges in the world. I gained access by business class by Korean Air. Take-away sandwiches??? What a crazy great idea. A shockingly great surprise lounge.

I remember when it first opened.. amazing grab and go section with so many delicious hot foods to choose from.. everything was single portioned and delicious.. and a few years later... it remained the same! I will say this visit did not have any juices and the selection has went down. They have premixed signature drinks now.. Other than that. Still above and beyond! This lounge is great! Service, amenities and the view is beautiful.

A great oasis with comfortable chairs, WiFi and plenty of good food options (including many that are healthy). There are also Texas craft beers, interesting cocktails and good varieties of coffee. On tap they have cold brew, latte and chai latte. There is food and water to take with you for your flight, too.The staff are very attentive - restocking, bussing and cleaning. The only complaint I could make is they could have used a couple more labatories- you usually have to wait on line.Definitely a nice perk for having their credit card.Vegetarian options: There are several salads, hummus, fruit and vegetables. There are more vegetarian dishes than meat ones.
