Fair price, good burger and fries, nice people. For airport food, I’ll gladly take it!
Avoid the chicken tenders. They are the saltiest things I think I've ever eaten.
The service is good, but the seating is terrible.
Came here after a very disappointing meal at Hickory by Kent Rathbun. Let me say this, THANK YOU SMASH BURGER. Food was hot, well seasoned and delicious. Service was top notch! You guys revived our experience at this airport. Thank you! Ordered, chicken tenders, tater tots, smash burger and an Oreo shake. We ate it so quickly I forgot to take pictures!

The Downtown Dallas location not only offers delicious burgers but also shows incredible kindness, as seen when the team assists customers in need. The service is good, though some improvements could be made in terms of efficiency and communication. With a busy atmosphere filled with customers enjoying their meals, the restaurant can use a few more seats. The hot and fresh burgers are enjoyable, although some customers may not be fans of the seasoning used. The Truffle Mushroom Double is a standout, cooked fresh and served with real sautéed mushrooms and melted cheese. Customers have also praised the quick service, especially for those grabbing a meal before a flight, with food being fresh, juicy, and flavorful. The atmosphere is typical airport style, often busy, but the staff's helpful attitude makes visits pleasant. Overall, Smashburger provides decent airport food in a friendly environment, making it a good choice for a meal out before a flight.
