I went in there looking for help bc my daughter passed away. I needed some witnesses for my notary. Not only did Paige offer to give me $50 but she and Erick walked to the Wellsfargo next door and were my two witnesses. Brought me to tears that ppl that didn’t know me offered to help me. Even though I was irritated. She went out her way to help me. Also after they helped me. Paid for me a burger. Which was also my first time ever trying smash burger. Burger was awesome I’m looking for a location close to me. Thank you again for being there in my time of need. Great food. Great place. Better people! This was the Downtown Dallas location

This was my first time visiting a Smashburger. Food was good,but the service was not as good. The kid who took my order and another worker left the building immediately after taking my order. The guy who ordered in front of me and myself both got our food but not our milkshakes, we both literally were halfway done with our food when I asked didn't I order a shake and the other guy stood up and said me too, so they made our shakes. Maybe finish your tasks before bolting it the door or communicate before leaving what needs to be done. Other then that, it was good.
