Nice food
For food allergy sufferers, this is an amazing option. Gluten free, soy free, dairy free are just a few of the allergy adaptations to the menu. This is at DFW, and it’s overpriced airport food. However, it’s likely among the healthiest options available. Orders can be customized to avoid multiple allergens (gluten free, dairy free, egg free, etc.), which is appreciated. Got my order really fast too.

Artisan Market offers a variety of options for airport food, including salads, sandwiches, coffee, and beverages. The menu features hand-carved ham and cheese sandwiches with basil pesto, along with vegetarian and vegan options such as a veggie burrito with vegan cheese and vegan chorizo. The food is reasonably tasty, though the portions are small and prices are high. The restaurant lacks TVs, and the service might be slow during off-peak hours, but it is a convenient choice for a quick meal while traveling. Customers have noted that the chicken sandwich is very good and filling, though the ordering process at the kiosks can be confusing and time-consuming.
