Jacob Springs Grill Reviews
I stopped in after a very trying flight. A few beverages later I was feeling fine. I can't recall the lass's name at the counter. Only that she was courteous and competent. Thank you.
The service by Ruby and Roisha was excellent. The launch Quesadillas did not have very good Brisket and were overpriced for the quality. The Breakfast Buffett was excellent. For breakfast this place is excellent but lunch is a different story. I would have tried sushi but coming from San Francisco earlier in week having sushi would not be fair since, like brisket, would not rate well from my perspective.
Food was great. Burger, and the chicken tacos.

Jacob Springs Grill offers good food and drinks, making it a suitable choice for an overnight layover. Prices are high, typical for a hotel restaurant. The service can be slow at times, but the food quality often makes up for it. The breakfast buffet is excellent, featuring a wide variety of options such as omelets, pancakes, and fruit. Vegetarian and gluten-free choices are available for those with dietary preferences. The staff, including the outstanding waitress and the manager, are attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Many guests have praised the flavorful buffalo wings, appetizing Steak Salad, and the chopped brisket sandwich, which is juicy and flavorful. The bartender is accommodating, even making drinks not on the menu like aperol spritz. Overall, Jacob Springs Grill is a recommended dining option, especially for hotel guests, with a friendly staff, good food, and a pleasant environment.
