“Loved this place! I stopped in for my first time today and ordered a flat white and spinach & cheese empanada. They were both delicious. The staff was friendly. They let my toddler turn in a drawing of their logo for a free kid’s drink! The bathrooms are clean and have a changing table, so this place got major points in my book.“

“I heard of Buon Giorno Coffee, from a co-worker and decided to go take a look see, with my wife. As you can imagine there was a small waiting line to purchase our coffee. We purchased two 12 oz drip coffee with a cranberry/orange scone. My wife thought that the coffee was a bit strong for her, but I liked the coffee just as it was, straight out of the pot. The trio that was working behind the counter were, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott and all three were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Would I visit this place again, you betcha and would also recommend it to others no doubt it that. Anytime, they offer law enforcement, military and/or veterans' discount I count that as a plus, plus and will more than likely not only recommend it but will surly return yet again. Not to mention that the trio behind the counter, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott where very genuine and friendly and super courteous. They make a great team. “Y’all are doing the Lord’s work! I absolutely love how clean Howdy Honey is, it’s nice to have a place where I don’t have to worry about the quality of ingredients. On top of that, everything I have gotten from the sourdough pastries (omg) to the seasonal drinks have been above and beyond. People can complain all they want, no place is perfect but Howdy Honey does clean well and I don’t say that lightly. You have a customer for life in me, keep up the good work! 🤍“

“I order delivery from here semi-regularly. Hope to make it in person soon. Quality is always on point. Recently, my order got split up and arrived without the coffee. These things happen. Here, however, I received a call from the GM, Amber, which I unfortunately missed but the voicemail explained what happened and that it was being rectified and my coffee was on its way. The kindness and effort put forth by this staff is extremely refreshing and appreciated. Most places you go these days, the staff hates you for existing near them (hence why I mainly do delivery). The coffee arrived very shortly after the other item and was hot and delightful. I’m one of many customers they get and hold no importance above the others, but I felt like a VIP that day. “I was impressed how consistent Starbucks is, even here at Gaylord. My experience was perfect. My latte come out perfect. The server was polite and friendly, possibly more than any other location due to the laid back atmosphere at Gaylord. The cafe was extremely clean. My only negative, if it really is one, was the slightly limited menu due to size restrictions. I wasn’t able to get my Favorite egg bites. The kindness of the server over shadowed any menu short coming. Five Stars!!!“

“I got 5 drinks and couldn’t carry them and my 2 year old simultaneously. My 2 year old decided to have a tantrum in front of the door and wanted to be picked up. Sage, who gave us our drinks, noticed us and came right over and offered to carry the drinks to my car. This was a lifesaver since I came to this Starbucks in Grapevine, TX because it had a drive through only to find out it wasn’t open this Sunday. If these people with the bad review we're treated rotten it's probably because they deserved it. I've worked with the public over 30 years and I guarantee you that it's the rude ones or unhappy people that complain all the time.
