The matcha, which I’ve ordered three times, is excellent. I’m experienced and knowledgeable about matcha production/preparation and have tried hundreds of varieties, and I believe Sayfani to be the best matcha I’ve been able to acquire at a local shop.

The customer service is amazing, and management is extraordinarily invested in their employees. As a barista of almost 7 years, that makes a world of difference in how good I feel about patronizing a coffee shop. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with staff and Fahad, the manager. The ambiance is relaxing and peaceful, and as a student, I love that they’re open until 10 PM!

“Favorite coffee spot in and around Grapevine. The staff are great, knowledgable espresso peeps who know good measurements, and always give the attention to detail before calling out your order. If you are one to prefer coffee shops where the menu is a classic espresso based menu, with specialties like Matcha, Spanish Latte, and Turkish Coffee + an open and caring staff to still see if they can accommodate the non-coffee enthusiast, I encourage you to give them a try. Their in-house roasted beans are great as well.“

“I have been drinking boba for the better part of 20 years, and I have tried dozens of places. I expected a standard, subpar boba tea place when I went here for the first time. It is the closest boba place to my home, and, upon walking in, you don’t expect much from the place. It’s a small space with post-it notes as decor.

Little did I know, it is the best boba tea I have ever had, and it’s now my go-to for any kind of “comfort food.” My significant other also loves their drinks and food!

Milk T absolutely does not disappoint. I haven’t had a bad drink here, and I haven’t had a bad taiyaki here either. The cheddar cheese taiyaki is like the grilled-cheese sandwich you never knew you needed in your life. The owner is patient and efficient.

Please, give this place a try. It’s hard to find places like this.“

“I heard of Buon Giorno Coffee, from a co-worker and decided to go take a look see, with my wife. As you can imagine there was a small waiting line to purchase our coffee. We purchased two 12 oz drip coffee with a cranberry/orange scone. My wife thought that the coffee was a bit strong for her, but I liked the coffee just as it was, straight out of the pot. The trio that was working behind the counter were, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott and all three were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Would I visit this place again, you betcha and would also recommend it to others no doubt it that. Anytime, they offer law enforcement, military and/or veterans' discount I count that as a plus, plus and will more than likely not only recommend it but will surly return yet again. Not to mention that the trio behind the counter, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott where very genuine and friendly and super courteous. They make a great team. “I was visiting family in Irving, TX, and was honestly a little worried about missing the morning latte I usually get at my home coffee shop—it's how I start my day! My local family suggested Port Coffee, and from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. The interior design is stunning; it truly feels like you are stepping into a luxury airport lounge. They even have a conference room available for business meetings! The baristas were extremely kind and answered all of my questions without ever seeming bothered or rushing me. The espresso they use is incredibly smooth—perfectly balanced, not sour or burnt at all. I had the pistachio latte which was fantastic, but I was even more convinced that this is a top-tier roaster when I tried a standard latte with no added flavor. Wow! When the barista explained how many sugar free options were available I was intrigued.....I usually have vanilla as a sugar free option and that's it!!!! Then the customer service!!! Wow perfect

I may have to try the Avocado toast and a different tea or coffee next time. It's nice to check local places and give them your $ as opposed to places like Starbucks that doesn't support local groups etc . Try it if you are nearby and just want a little quiet time to sip and drink tea or coffee, maybe try something different. It's a tiny menu as far as food , yet why not! Turkish coffe I noticed and I know people that really enjoy Turkish coffee ☕“

👉 Fix: slice that hot dog in half so it actually fills the roll + add a sauce or seasoning to give it personality.

Good coffee overall, but the lavender flavor didn’t really show up.

Perfectly filled, soft but holds its structure (yes, I cut it open to check 👀).
