I've been going to this location for some time and while the drive thru service is usually good my biggest complaint is that they put way to much ice in my drinks. I always ask for light ice and get between 1/2 to 3/4 of the cup filled with ice. If I'm paying $7 for a venti I want more than 6 sips before it's empty. I have no problem at other Starbucks location when requesting light ice so it just makes this location seem stingy and as a customer I feel I'm not getting the best...read full review
Enjoyed the cops foam coconut milk with spirulina with my coffee.
To start out the staff at this location are very sweet and can be very efficient! And they typically get orders right even when new people are training and are usually very attentive! Iv been coming to this location for over 12 years and they always keep the line moving in the drive thru and inside! But there are occasions where my shaken espresso has no espresso or my drink is missing a component. Orders are right even when new people are training, and the team is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing, bright and airy, and the interior feels unique and special. The coffee is good and reliable, and the cold brew is perfect every time. The ube shaken espresso is a delicious drink that many find well worth almost $7, though the coconut syrup and ube cold foam are rarely done right. The cortado can be made perfect, and the shaken espresso is sometimes missing espresso or a component. The menu is ever rotating and includes limited time beverages that can be difficult to get the hang of. Customers who use the mobile app often know the staff by name, and the team makes the experience sweet and welcoming. The staff and manager put a lot of effort into the store, and the service is wonderful and highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable Starbucks experience.
