I was just stuck behind a stalled car in the drive through this morning at the FTW University Drive location and wanted to compliment Jackson and the other team members who came to help push it to safety. Jackson came out first and immediately asked if there was a medical emergency, when he realized what was going on he got right to problem solving. They are always so sweet and supportive. I’m studying for my degree right now, and they support me by writing little motivational messages on my cup. Thank you for keeping me going! They are my favorite location and staff.
