I was just stuck behind a stalled car in the drive through this morning at the FTW University Drive location and wanted to compliment Jackson and the other team members who came to help push it to safety. Jackson came out first and immediately asked if there was a medical emergency, when he realized what was going on he got right to problem solving. -Order online to go pick up when ready, not ready so now have to wait.
-ICED means there’s these little cubed objects made of frozen water that go in the iced coffee”
-Sweetener and 4 pumps of vanilla means add sweetness to coffee, beverage tastes like straight coffee
-Sweet cream foam means white sweet cream foam in beverage, no foam or anything sweet about beverage.
I’ll just go back to Ampersand.
