The service is slow because they're understaffed the last few times I've been into the store. Yet, the staff is friendly, and the service is pleasant. Drinks are alright, too.
Everytime I come to this Starbucks I get exceptional service. There is a gentlemen here I’m guessing he’s the manager, this is the second time I’ve come in and they’re a little backed up and he’s been on the front line going out his way to provide exceptional service to make up for it being backed up. It makes you not even care you maybe running late. This is by far the best Starbucks in DFW.

Very good attention, service and taste of the coffee. Just right, neither too hot nor cold (coffee of the day).The bathrooms were quite clean (1021) and there was space to sit in almost the entire place.Update 2024: lately they have taken a while to serve us, and in general it is in almost all of them
