I ordered a Frappuccino for my son and waited in line for 25 minutes for it. When I got to pay for it it was already melted. I told the lady at the drive-through that it was already melted and she goes oh I’m sorry and shut the window.
Excellent service and delicious drinks & food. I accidentally placed my online order at a different store but was in a hurry to get to work. I’m a nurse and work 12+ hour shifts with few breaks- I really depend on my morning coffee and breakfast. They kindly replaced my order, gave me a few extra goodies for my breakfast, didn’t double charge me, and had me out the door to work in about two minutes. I appreciate the friendly and prompt service sooo very much!
I would like to thank the gentleman who paid for my Starbucks today at 6:20am. This simple act of kindness made my day!!
Always have a great experience here. Never had to wait in line long. Coffee is great and employees friendly.
