I am a full time student and full time employee. I have an exam today and work til 4pm, so my husband offered to pick up Starbucks for me. I ordered a coffee and egg white bites. They don’t give him the food. When I call for a refund they tell me I have to go up to the store so they can scan the app to give me a refund. As if I have time to make another trip so they can correct their own mistake. Starbucks can keep the $5 I am done with this company. ?

I order two drinks before my night shift started. The lady that took my order over the drive thru was extremely rude. She was rushing me and make fun of me with her co-workers. The took so long to prepared my drinks. It is Not worth your time and money. Worst customer service ever.

Went for a red cup. Was unimpressed by the holiday offerings. Too sweet. Lines are getting too long with the ridiculous orders of the 'in' crowd. If your order requires more than one breath, order online. If you're gonna complain about your 15 step order being incorrect...order online. Please.

Angle or Angela whoever the store manager is, I strongly advise you to tech your staff a few customer service skills. I’ve never experienced such a horrible experience at Starbucks and it honestly makes you look bad.Wow I am highly disappointed in the service, atmosphere and coffee quality of this Starbucks location.Haxel made my drink (a Carmel crunch coffee) and he completely ruined it by putting like 90% creamer inside. I told him that this isn’t usual and he picked up my cup with a disgusting attitude (as if he was too good to touch my cup after I tested it) and asked what’s wrong with it. I said that I believe there is too much creamer inside. He rolled his eyes and threw the drink in the trash. The assistant associate noticed his poor performance and immediately jumped in to take over.First of all, if you’re working at Starbucks please don’t think you’re too good to touch someone else’s cup…. I can assure you you are very much so , if now lower, than the average person Haxel.

The service here used to be good. The last two orders were totally wrong while going through the drive thru. I thought I’d give them one last try but this time I placed my order in the app and go inside. I arrived when I was supposed to but my order was not ready. Not a problem. I sat down and waited 10 minutes for them to make my order after they waited on all the cars in the drive thru.
