OK, funny story I came here Wanting something to eat and the rooftop description led me to come here. I honestly had no idea it was a sushi restaurant. I wouldn’t have come here, but I’m so happy I did anyways. I was greeted with a complementary sample of the sparkling wine, and also a complementary sample of the salmon sushi . Very nice experience at Nikuya Rooftop. Ambience was quiet pleasant for our celebration. Food was deliciously presented. Our server Jayden provided top tier service and is the type of server you desire at such an establishment. Can't wait for my next visit to catch the sunset again from the rooftop.
Five stars, easily. We came to Nikuya for our first anniversary and it turned into one of the best nights we've had in Fort Worth.
The sushi selection is phenomenal. Everything came out beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. The drink program is just as strong, with an excellent Japanese whisky collection and cocktails that were genuinely well made rather than just decorative.
