“Tanya is a crew member here. My husband and I stopped in to eat after doing a bit of shopping. Tanya was super nice and very helpful, very professional. I saw her treat everyone that came in behind us with the same awesome attitude. The only reason I did not give this establishment five stars on everything was due to the fact that the ketchup and paper napkins dispensers were completely empty and Tanya had to ask for others, that were seemingly not busy, to help her as she was working the counter alone and people were standing in line. I was impressed by her level of service during a time where customer service doesn't seem to matter any longer.“
“Greasy floor. Like really slick lol. Service not the happiest. Food is Wendys fault, just feels like I'm eating a school cafeteria burger. 3 stars so I don't drop the rating too much based a franchise's menu. But the floor and sad service made me say 3. Oh and to the contractor who screwed this poor business owner and left tiles falling off the building. Shame on you. I'm gonna give 4 stars now.“
“Had a couple missing items in my order as well as the quality of the food was very poor. Cold and burnt sausage patties. I addressed the situation and the manager BRELAND was more than helpful to make things right. He remade our food fresh from start to finish and it went from poor to amazing!! Thank you Breland for your great customer service!! We will be back!“

Out of a lot of itemsThe computer order screen as you walk in the door is a bit confusing to use at first, but it makes it easy to order without standing in line. I ordered chicken nuggets with large fries and a large drink. I made a mistake hitting spicy nuggets instead of regular, so I asked the lady to fix it and she did. I then got my food and when I went to get a drink I found out the ice and Dr Pepper were out. I tried to get ketchup for my food, but that didn’t work either so I went to the front and the lady said they had ice, Dr Pepper and ketchup in the back. So I ended up getting everything I was looking for and got to enjoy the meal.“
“My food was good, and it was served quickly. Unfortunately some of my spicy nuggets were cold, but they were happy to remake them for me, and even bring them out to me. Considering it was lunch time and the line outside was long I dined in.“
“I go to this Wendy's drive-thru all the time. They are very friendly & great service. I had an issue today. After a couple bites of my breakfast sandwich I had a bite that tasted moldy. I looked at the sandwichv& found the bottom had the beginnings of black mold spots. I tried calling to inform them & the phone rang for over 2 minutes & no one picked up. They should really have an answering machine for situations like this. I hate for someone to get sick because their taste buds are not sensitive & they don't taste it. I'll keep calling the & if I don't get an answer I'll go back after work & let them know. Ugghhh“
“Ordered a pumpkin spice frostyccino and the drive thru lady was so nice and accommodating. She asked me how would I prefer it since it wasn’t a menu item. Loved her eyelashes too lol 10/10 costumer service on her end and giiiiiiirrrrlllll she made my drink on point.“
“Just went to drive through and ordered a large lemonade and a medium chocolate frosty well the guy got my order all wrong so the lady who gave me the drink we seen it was not right so we left it alone then seen the frosty was a pumpkin frost not what I ordered and we told the lady it was wrong well the guy took our order all wrong so the lady said what’s wrong I said everything was wrong but it’s fine she said no let me fix it for you so we told her just to change the frosty to chocolate and she did and I thank you for being polite and good customer service her name was Bobby.“
“This is for the manager to see. I never received my chicken sandwich. There was a little dispute over the item. But at the end of the day, she did end up giving it to me. If anything I felt like I should be compensated for driving back.Anyways, I got what I needed just wish it was a smoother transaction.Way to stand your ground though manager. “Went with my husband, who tends to feel overwhelmed when ordering and usually picks items randomly. Hazel provided amazing service! She patiently listened to his order, double-checked, and even brought the food to our car, ensuring everything was correct. Excellent customer service, and the food was hot and hit the spot!.“
“Grabbed two kids meals and food was fast and the two younger employees were friendly. My other kid decided she wanted a kids meal too; went back to the drivethru and had a second pleasant experience. This Wendy’s can be hit or miss but today they got it right.“

“I respect that even in this tough economic climate, they have not only found a way to provide inexpensive breakfast meals but have even stuck to their guns in providing deals that were their before for economy tanked. They did not pass on a price increase to the customer. I respect that a lot. The 4 for 4 and the Biggie Bag has remained a consistent value.“
“This the first Wendy's I came to that used Fast.Fun.Friendly services. I didn't have to wait inline long for my salad they make orders upon customers request. I love the Apple Pecan salad with grilled chicken its now one of my favorites. I could eat it everyday.“
