Wendy's in Fort Worth

“Decided to grab a late night 🌙 burger as I was passing by on the way home. This is not an area that I go to frequently so this was the first time to try this Wendy's. Because of the hour, there were very few customers dining. The Staff were all friendly, patient, polite and professional.“

“I go out to eat a lot fast food restaurants a lot and customer service is a dying thing but Jada (Jay-da) was amazing I hadn't been to Wendy's in years and she helps me pick exactly what I wanted and it was the best meal, not to mention she went above and beyond giving me a cup holder because I had mentioned how my car has no cup holders so thank you very much I will definitely be back!!“

“Recently moved to the Dallas Fort Worth area and stopped by Wendys for a quick bite. Ended up getting a Baconator, fries, and a Frosty and everything was on point. Burger came out hot and fresh, fries were crispy, and the service was quick even though they had a decent crowd. Definitely a solid first experience at this location and Ill be coming back when Im craving something quick.“

“I went to this specific Wendy's because I knew it was gonna be good. This is the best Wendy's I know! Nathan and Michelle are very respectful, hardworking, and kind. We ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich and the food was fresh, crispy, and filling. Again 10/10 worth the drive compared to any other Wendy's in the metroplex.“

“Customer service was phenomenal, can't remember the young lady's name just remember started the letter C ( I misplaced my receipt) 😊she went over and Beyond to make me and my grandchildren happy with my order which was very confusing she kept a smile she's a great customer service front end person she knows who she is we were in the restaurant on Thursday November 6th around noon.“

“When I originally ordered my food, I was charged for a double patty on that new Pretzel Pub sandwich. When I got back to my shop, I realized it was only a single. I came back over, And Jaearius got me squared away with a whole new sandwich. Thank you sir!“

“After dealing with the crappy service at the Sycamore location. The entire staff came shining through here. Trinity, a cashier, helped me get my order and get extra sauces and also talk to the Manger to discuss my complaints about the HORRIBLE service at the Sycamore location that left me with no food and no refund. No help and no names as the manager on duty refused to give me any info or any help. Also tried to make me self service an online order after trying to hand me watered down drinks. I will go out of my way to go to this location now as the Sycamore isn't wort it“

“I came here to get a burger special for my wife, I do not like using the drive thru so I went inside. When I walked in I saw the kiosk but don’t like using them ithere. The Gentlemen in the front greeted me and ask me how he could help me. He was also working the drive thru window and unlike the other Wendy’s that told me that they didn’t have someone at the register and kept on their phones( the one in Summer Creek and Sycamore a school rd), he took my order. The other 2 employees also a knowledge me and that to me for many others goes along way and tells us that they do care for their customers. Thank you for the great experience and I will definitely will be coming back to this location.“
