Wendy's in Fort Worth

“I stop at Wendy's drive-thru to grab items before I go to work for my overnight shift; which is a couple of blocks down the street. If I get there at least 15 minutes early, they usually have my order ready and I can still make it to work on time and the food is fresh. I'll stop at Wendy's before a where else.“

“Whoever the 2 women are who worked 4/19 are amazing!!! The hispanic lady holding down the front and the white lady holding down drive thru but both of them in the kitchen? Amazing team hands down!!! Give those ladies a raise and some praise“

“First and foremost, James ( Manager) was such a delight! He took my order in the drive thru and was very kind and professional! When I pulled up to the window to pay he was very well put together along with having such grace and politeness. I wanted to reach out so he can be recognized, it’s nice to see that the fast food industry still has it together.“

“Since my first wife worked at the first Wendy's in Jacksonville NC back in 1974-75, Wendy's was always known for it's fresh no frozen beef with a dab of seasoning on a flat top grill..
Fast forward to today April day 13th 2026. Ordered two junior Bacon burgers and one Junior fry. It was almost $16 for all this haha. But what gets me is I was charged $2 for the junior fries went on the menu it shows it being $1.49. I raised a little ruckus with the counterclerk and tour it's not my fault that you put haven't changed the price on the menu. You people ought to be made aware that you better check your receipts and make sure you're being charged what you see on the menu Wendy's maybe making money by not doing this and that's called theft!“

“Customer service was phenomenal, can't remember the young lady's name just remember started the letter C ( I misplaced my receipt) 😊she went over and Beyond to make me and my grandchildren happy with my order which was very confusing she kept a smile she's a great customer service front end person she knows who she is we were in the restaurant on Thursday November 6th around noon.“

“Me and my husband got dinner here and we had the best experience even though it was 11 at night. Davoncia who served us gave us the best service, she is very kind and fast. She served us with exceptional customer service. We will definitely come back.“

“Ran through the drive through and the guy working the window barely said “thank you” as he handed us the bag & drink. I completely forgot that my husband ordered a frosty and started driving off. Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone running out the main door holding up a cup- so shout out to the girl named Key for going above and beyond to make sure we got our whole order. You don’t see that kind of customer service much anymore“

“After dealing with the crappy service at the Sycamore location. The entire staff came shining through here. Trinity, a cashier, helped me get my order and get extra sauces and also talk to the Manger to discuss my complaints about the HORRIBLE service at the Sycamore location that left me with no food and no refund. No help and no names as the manager on duty refused to give me any info or any help. Also tried to make me self service an online order after trying to hand me watered down drinks. I will go out of my way to go to this location now as the Sycamore isn't wort it“

“I came here to get a burger special for my wife, I do not like using the drive thru so I went inside. When I walked in I saw the kiosk but don’t like using them ithere. The Gentlemen in the front greeted me and ask me how he could help me. He was also working the drive thru window and unlike the other Wendy’s that told me that they didn’t have someone at the register and kept on their phones( the one in Summer Creek and Sycamore a school rd), he took my order. The other 2 employees also a knowledge me and that to me for many others goes along way and tells us that they do care for their customers. Thank you for the great experience and I will definitely will be coming back to this location.“
