Ordered a pumpkin spice frostyccino and the drive thru lady was so nice and accommodating. She asked me how would I prefer it since it wasn’t a menu item. Loved her eyelashes too lol 10/10 costumer service on her end and giiiiiiirrrrlllll she made my drink on point.
I came here today because I wanted fries and a strawberry frosty. I do this often and I have noticed they have new staff. I came with a coworker and she wanted a small chocolate frosty and I asked for medium strawberry frosty. I get to the pick up window and they had the order backwards. My small strawberry frosty had chocolate residue and was a small. I politely told the lady that I ordered the medium size.
