I went inside to order to go and it wasn’t even busy but I stood in line for about 10 minutes because the workers seemed to not take customer service seriously ?there was two girls in front of me who were taking too long to decide what they wanted cause they were busy talking with the lady working there. Then I placed my order and waited for my foods to be ready. The same black lady at the counter got my food but she called me rudely as if I know my food is ready, I looked at her and she responded “you” smh. This is the worst Wendy’s ever, always getting bad attitude from the employees so I will not return! Keep your nasty attitude to yourself at home not at work!!

My boyfriend and I were in line ordering (Drive-Thru). As my boyfriend approached to order, we skimmed the menu and had some questions as well. When my boyfriend asked about one of the burgers and what comes on it the lady that was taking our order (La’Monica) rudely said “everything” and proceeded to not list anything that came on the burger. When my boyfriend asked again to get some clarification we were met with the same response. “Everything.”Then, my boyfriend continued to order and as he said which burger he wanted the lady began stumbling over her words and it seemed like she didn’t know what dialogue should come next.After she gave us the total we pulled up to the last window to pay. She handed us our receipt and we patiently waited. A few minutes go by and she couldn’t even remember what we ordered and began to go through the meals that were already bagged. Finally, she remembered and gave us our food. There was no exchange, no “Have a nice day or thank you!.” She simply just closed the window and went back to working.As someone who has worked in fast food I tried to be understanding of the situation and I know some days can be long, but the acts of service were terrible, not to mention that when we were ordering she had a nasty attitude, and while we were waiting in line as well she kept opening and closing the window but didn’t say anything to us.I think management needs to do better about who they select for their team.

Very poor service. When the doors are actually unlocked to go inside, they will walk around doing other things without acknowledging you and if you wait long enough, they will continue to look at you without saying anything. If you finally speak up to ask for help, they just tell you they don't have enough people to work. I go to wendys in other areas that seem to be functioning just fine but this location doesn't care.

This is the worst Wendy's location. Those front counter workers led by the older black lady are rude and lazy. Barely speak. Have to either reach for your food because they barely hand it to you or you have to catch it when they toss it to you. All 4 visits have been bad. They act like they're mad for interrupting their phone time, which they do not stop long enough to get your full order or question out.

I placed my mobile order and then immediately headed to the store. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, they immediately stated with an attitude “we’re not taking orders right now.” I said “okay, but I had a mobile order.” It took a minute for them to respond and they said “pull up.” When I pulled up, no one greeted me or nothing. They all stood around talking. After about 5 minutes an employee opened the window and aggressively handed me my bag of food without saying anything and closed the window. I had ordered a drink too that they didn’t give me, so I tried to wave them down. After waving at them didn’t get their attention, I honked the horn and pointed at the drink sitting at the window. Again, the employee opened the window and handed me the drink and then slammed the window shut. This is the second time in the last couple of months I’ve had a negative experience at this Wendy’s. The time before, I had also placed a mobile order and my husband went to pick it up. They told him the system was down so they couldn’t help him. He tried to show them the mobile order and that he already paid, but they still wouldn’t help him. They made him wait over 30 minutes to give him the food because they, also, told him they couldn’t refund him. So he wanted the food or a refund. I’ve worked in management in fast food, and whoever is running this store is doing a terrible job. The food at this location is mediocre and the service is a joke.
